great, even though i can already make grunge sigs... but anyway, it'd be good for the people who like to give things a try :wink: also just a tip, with your text, when your making sigs, set the top bar ro something other then normal, it looks way to pixel like and i think it spoils the sig.

VERY nice, i really like them, maybe add a small scene behind the character to show what they are doing. But then again, it's pretty efective how it's just a plain back ground. The dithering is pertty nice too, looks sort of like a vector...

one last question... are we allowed to have water over 0m? just a bit confused. :?

Count me in, i need some practice with my terragen. :wink: so we just texture it, add clouds/atmosphere/camera veiw etc... and teh person who does it the best wins?

I use Graphics Gale (like paint except better). Manual shading all the way... It's what TJ used for his pixels. Plus I don't even have photoshop (where the hell would I get $600... I spent all my $$ on my computer. :lol: ) ohh, i understand now. U did a good job on it any ways, lol

looks great but the shading on the sharks looks like it was done using the burn tool in photoshop...

yeh thanks, i used 3DSM, best program for 3d stuff I've added 2 more sigs that i made, i think they're a bit better...

r u refering to the first or second one? if it's the first, it's not the original colour, and it does have a colour balance layer on it... and i know the second one needs more work on it, just any ideas for it?

Well i just recently got a few 3d programs (i think the pocket hurts a bit now), and cos I'm new at this, decided to have a go. Eventually came up with a render, and put it a sig... sort of. Well rate, c/c and comments plz :wink: . also made this , umm it's just a basic render, but plz tell me what i can add to it, it's really help alot. EDIT: added 2 more sigs here:

looks good overall, BUT... the background seems a bit empty, maybe add a bit more to it, but not too much that it'd be cluttered. Or unless u do sumthing really good to the carpet (carpet?) and the wall. shading's pretty awesome though :wink:
