Until tip.it/zybez/somebody else makes a 2007 item database, we can't add it. We don't have resources to do it on our own.

Have you tried running the installer as administrator?

Does it work in Internet Explorer?

When does it stop working? What are you doing when it crashes?

Sounds like you have a very old version. Redownload the installer from swiftkit.net and reinstall.

Remove that empty line at the beginning of your highlights and make sure you don't have any empty lines at the bottom of the list.

That's the problem. The decoding method we use for SwiftKit doesn't really work with Windows who use languages like Japanese or Chinese. The only way to fix this is to change the language to English.

What language is your Windows in?

The stats lookup on the right side of the runescape applet is the only one that has 2007 highscores enabled at the moment. We will be adding more support for it in the future :smile:

You waited 20 minutes for a reply and then just said you are not a fan of it anymore. People have lives and it can take hours or sometimes days for dev to reply. Don't be unreasonable, and you haven't even supplied any information other than "it crashes". When does it crash, what were you doing when it crashes etc.

What error message are you getting?

Stev, that is if you request help from Strider. Simmo has offered to do the remote support, so there is no need to email Strider.

For me it looks likes it's a malicious ad. What page did you have open in the SwiftKit when this alert appeared?

He might be talking about the Mac version, which at least to my knowledge doesn't have skill calculators.
