Omg I don't know why iPods have so many problems... i didnt have the same problem but different ones: - when i connected it to the computer the iPod wouldn't show in iTunes so I couldn't put songs on it or delete songs. Reinstalled iTunes and it worked... - didn't have any sound!!!!! I was like wtf and I tried with a different earphone, didnt have any sound either so obviously it was the iPod's problem and not the earphone. Thought it was broken or something, was so scared but then i reset it and sound came back. Seriously, wtf, i would so much rather get an iRiver. cuz iRiver is the best music player company which focuses on MUSIC and not stupid design or games or whatever. Lol sorry for that, but i really don't get why i have to go through weird stuff with my nano all the time. The only thing that's good is that atleast I've managed to fix everything and that it's so small and pretty

That is your opinion, not everyone shares it. Just because you view one band as good and another as as just being a fun listen, dosent mean others cant view other bands the same way. That is a close minded statment... iÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâôm talking from a technical point of view, not close minded at all. by good i mean technicly hard to play or brilliantly thought out, please donÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâôt take me wrong. From a technical point of view, classical music is generally acknowledged to be the "best" - Bach is generally acknowledged as the genius who knew his music, knew how to expand and manipulate themes excellently, knew how to play on the emotions of the listener. That doesn't mean it's what I listen to, and clearly not what you listen to. Don't assume your taste is absolutely the best out there. In the end, people like what they enjoy, but they enjoy based on different reasons - some love touching lyrics, some love great guitar riffs, some just want to be able to dance to it. And there are different "bests" depending on what you're looking for. So really... don't be so closeminded. Like what you like. I agree with drealy :D Hi mad how r u :D (sorry for "spamming")

Lol this music discussion... Really, there is a HUGE variety of music out there. Compare classical to RnB, punk to jazz, they r so different they cant be more different. But they r all music. And that means there r people who listen to each of these kinds of music. It's ridiculous to tell ppl that they suck for listening to whatever kind of music they listen to. I can dislike the music, but I don't have anything against ppl who listen to it. They just have different taste that's all. I find it even more ridiculous when people say that "popular music is [cabbage], hate all pop and ppl who listen to the MTV songs r stupid". Imo most of those ppl just wanna try to be unique and even if they like a popular song they don't wanna admit it. Some ppl think music is all about lyrics and writing about "meaningful" stuff. (Btw, different things r meaningful to different ppl so don't try to judge if a song is meaningful or not.) Some ppl think it's all about the instruments and how well u play them, these ppl tend to think all songs that have been somehow computer edited or remixed r crap. To me, I really don't care, as long as it sounds nice and appeals to me in some way, whether it be the music, the instruments, the lyrics or whatever.

I don't cook at all at home cuz my mom is always home, but i guess i will start when i live alone. Cooking is really interesting actually, I think it's really cool if u can cook very good so I really wanna become good. Well this is because i like eating... And I kinda wanna start a restaurant at some point in my life :wink:

Worst year? Erm last year? Which was 10th grade. It was the first year of high school n i got into the most [cabbage]tiest class u could imagine. Ok not that bad but i really didnt like it and i still don't like it. It was a bunch of people that I could never associate with since we had different sense of humor, different lifestyle, different personality, different opinions on what is annoying and what is not,... yeah. For example we had the most stupid discussions ever in class, where i just sat there doing nothing or else i would just skip the class and never missed anything important since there was nothing important in the first place. So, basically i never talked in class cause all the comments and questions made by fellow classmates were so extremely stupid! That's how i became quieter and even with old friends or friends outside class i would be quieter than before and not so enthusiastic anymore. (I was VERY loud before). That's why I've not made any good friends in the past year since I am so cold to people. It's just all very stupid and annoying and i get pissed off by my class about 10 times a day. There is nothing I can do about it because I am probably alone in the class since nobody else thinks the way i do, or understands me so there is nobody to support me. Well now it's the summer holidays and I've looked back and I know now that I shouldn't just complain and I should be more open to everyone, be A LOT nicer to everyone, not just on the outside but really be nicer. Only that way I can start making good friends again. As for my class I will hope that it gets better next year. Otherwise I can just screw them completely and make friends outside class. And also thank god I have good friends from before. Not many but that's alright. Generally I am pretty optimistic, would never dwell on one something for long and would never just sit there being depressed. I generally find a solution one way or the other and I learn from the past so, I am a happy person :)

I don't know, and I don't wanna know. If I found out, I'd be more consciencous to it and would end up losing respect through exploiting it. I agree. Sometimes u know it's stupid to try to "make" urself more likeable but u do it anyways. But on the other hand if u knew confidently what it was that made u likeable, wouldn't u remember that and never change that quality of urs? Afterall, people change once in a while because we r human and humans all get influenced by external sources, for example other people. If u had someone supporting u, u would be less prone to "bad" influence. It's all very confusing actually, since nothing can be classfied as good or bad... But I know that I don't like people who are so stubborn who refuse to get influenced since they have to be "unique", can't conform to anyone and can't copy anyone. It's natural that people get influenced, and everyone has to get their ideas and inspirations somewhere, 99% of the time from other people. People who refuse to be influenced are just arrogant and think they r the best. In other words, don't TRY to be unique! Yeah I agree too. I'm pretty tired of people saying things like "It's so stupid that people judge others by their looks and not personality". Yeah Duh, we know that. If there was someone who was a total ***** but looked nice, i doubt anyone would like the person. But I mean, it's nice to look nice, right? And maybe that would increase ur likeableness since we all like things that r pleasing to the eye, but that's only secondary to personality and how we are. And Katha has some good points

I thought I had collected a lot of stuff but after reading this thread and thinking a little I realize that I have almost nothing :shock: I "try" to collect stuff but i never continue once i start. Well I guess this is the stuff that i WANT to collect: Coins Stuff branded with the coca cola logo Mugs (I got 2 huge ones like 15 cm high and 10 cm in diameter. Lol good for eating noodles as well as drinking stuff)
