Eh I just have bad luck unless I go pvp where I've gotten 4 ancients in like the last 10-15 kills I've done. But even then my hits are terrible, 5 hped someone with a 302-309 and they didn't eat, I dharoked so many 0s when I could have easily just hit a 400 and killed them since I'm doing rune dscim to dh... bleh I'm 400 sara without a drop (not counting shards), 1300 tds, and theres not much else, 90 arma I suppose but thats it. After a while you get used to it :rolleyes:

Don't give up. Think about everything you gain from them: -- 2.5M/hr profit -- ~30 blues a trip + ~15 crims. my personal record was 51 blues, and i only used 2 uni's. -- better reaction ability to prayer switch -- easy to start, end, prepare for a trip I wasted probably 100 hours getting all the reqs for them. but i think they're definitely worth it. i've made 130M from them and went from 79 to 92 summoning thanks to the xp weekend and the charms i had banked from td's. My problem is I can't stay nearly long enough. On most trips I last about 5-6 kills, yet I see people with my stats and equipment (sometimes worse) lasting up to 20 or 25 kills. The actual killing I find fun, they're kind of like mini-jads, but every time something goes wrong that causes me to lose more food than I should. It always just seems like a stroke of bad luck, but the fact that it's happened on twelve trips is making me think I must be doing something wrong :\ Yes, if something happens like that for 12 trips that just means your methodology is wrong. In the WORST case scenarios, where you have more than 2 TD's on you, the best solution is always to LOG OUT and redo the lure. This will save you tons of food. You should almost NEVER have 3 TD's attacking you simultaneously (some exceptions). If 3 attack you for more than 5 seconds, youre doing something wrong. Make sure you're in the right luring spots. The best luring spot is the northeast one, if you're just learning to lure. If you use the middle north one, it's easy to get attacked by the other TD's if you didn't pre-lure them. Best is to start out luring at NE and then once you have an intution of which TD's should go where, should you use the middle north one. Technically, middle north is faster since you can do two spawns, but for simplicity's sake I always do NE. To unspam: Here's my TD log. I use 2 uni pouches for each trip, but only use about 20 minutes of the second uni. I bring 10 potss per trip (sometimes only 5 if I don't have that much time). Most of this log was when I didn't have extremes, and I don't have turmoil. I use rune cbow with broad bolts and BGS. I've recently switched to whip after getting extremes. The rate is about the same. Note that trips are significantly (20%-50%) longer with soul wars cape. The real kills per trip limitation is prayer. One IMPORTANT thing people forget that kills per trip isn't always important. In the case of TD's, the overhead time (banking, preparing) is very minimal - I can get ready within 3 minutes. The speed of the kills is important. The trips where I get low amounts of kills reflect where I only bring 5 prayer pots, and say, 5 spec restores. These speed up my kills. Also, I end a lot of my trips early because friends call me to hang out in the middle of them / people come and bother me etc. My empirical droprate is roughly 1/270. Given the ~1000 kill sample size, I should say it's fairly accurate. What is that number between the trip # and the drop? Ex, 700... All I know is that drop rate is BS. Currently I'm on a drop rate of about 1/1300 after about 4k tds, probably due for my 3rd pair soon so I estimated as if I've gotten 3 pairs... too bad I'm probably not because I get so bored at tds now because of the lack of drops. It's literally put me to sleep at about 11 pm.

I played Evony because my friend was playing it and its pretty much afkable, so I'd do it while I got EP. Some of the people that pay when they play are ridiculous. It's basically a game where you can lose everything overnight if you're not online or you don't pay for truces (which keep you from being hit for 12 hours). The people are pretty shady though I will say that... nice to see that he won. Too bad thats not gonna be a lot of money.

Worlds can get DDOS'd? Yes, it's nothing new. You just need quite a few people to do it IIR? IIR? And its a 4k botnet, this 1 guy does it himself and he supplies some ddosers with shells (which are basically a single group of bots in a smaller botnet that is used via a PHP input of an IP and a time to ddos for)

Was killing drags and was tbed, worked the tber a bit and he teled, other guy got in a fight and then this 131 that was fighting him started hittin me and I killed him. RIGHT after I killed him world got ddosed and I got dced. Logged back in and picked it up though

Hated it because it made so much stuff unbuyable for a long period, and I couldn't do a thing because every single person was merching items. I didn't really work to get a level because 2.7x exp was crap when you have enough brawlers to get 99s in multiple skills with a 4x bonus instead. But either way... I probably wouldn't have trained those skills even if I didn't have brawlers. All the skills that didn't take brawlers were buyables... or runecrafting. I'm broke right now, and was broke during the whole 2 weeks of preparation. I didn't want to runecraft really. I loved how they said it would hardly have an effect on the economy when it caused so much stuff to become unbuyable (and now stuff is crashing)... and also more people will be able to make extremes now which is going to hurt GWD a lot for those that are poorer (like me). Also summoning? Almost everyone trained that. I was going to but I didn't pull up the money to use my charms. So yeah didn't like it too much. Oh yeah, a lot of people went to pvp to train and I found SO much loot but in places that would require a team to kill but no one else wanted to come with me :( Free whips were everywhere... And by Saturday everyone that was training there in pvp was gone :(

Nothing. However I found serious bank loot in PvP because of people training melee/summoning and a lot of them were near multi or required teams but none of my friends would do it :|
