Guys. The percentages are based on your levels. If you have 99 att 99 str 99 def the max is 29-32-29. However taco limey (lovedbysteph) is 99att 99str and like 48 or 50 def? he got 29 32 44 on jad. The thing is that if you get 10% of their str and theirs is like 90, 9 levels is going to be a lot more of a percentage boost to someone with 50 str than someone with 99 str.

No, its just old to me, I never saw it having any harm until they updated BH and PvP at some point so that you always have an attack option when in a safezone. When I found out about it, what would happen is you would have a timer but you wouldn't have an attack option (which would happen when you weren't outside of a safezone for more than 1 second as well...) But if people know how to do it, people know how to avoid it, and thats what I'm trying to say.

This has just about been my luck in the past week. Yeah, no solo td drops, no gwd drops (shards even? come on), not even a drop from slayer, no barrows drops, come on man I couldn't even get a rune weapon drop from fire giants :rolleyes:

Places this can happen are: Fishing guild bank Lumbridge top floor castle bank Edgeville bank in BH Worlds Trying to go outside of a BH world in a BH world Things that will set off this timer: Potting lighting a fire Trying to cast a combat spell on someone manually EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE RUNES FOR IT And other things which I can't think of. Not sure if trying to cut a tree still counts last I checked it didn't though Its caused by the fact that these areas are made up of 2 separate safezones near each other

Have you ever seen the overly used gear for low levels? Dlegs, granite plate, dmed. These are the people that don't seem to play the game for efficiency or anything, and they make up a lot of the population. So Dlegs are way more expensive + they're quite rare, and you seem to get dskirts more than dlegs at steels/irons ... at least in my experiences :unsure: I also lol'd at everyone's reactions to Me Hate Libs

Thats only because merchants have been manipulating dbones in expectation of this prayer updated promised to us for the end of the year. Combined with panic buyers hiking the price up further. Once the dust has settled odds are d bones are gonna crash allll the way bk down to probably under 1k for a while, then I reckon theyll stablise around 2k - 2.5k and then drift bk down to the 1.5k region as the rush of prayer trainers wears off Except they've been stable around 3.5k-4k for a long time now... I've heard people 1 iteming with the new prayers in w65 and 18 are getting REALLY annoying... :|

This team was pking multi I almost dropped some of them on multiple occasions and it finally happened. They were so bad at single pking 2 of us would take on 5 and make them all tele/run.

Just cause you didn't doesn't mean others did. I personally think it makes mage training with combat a better alternative now... well after all the merching crap stops. Normal magics still need an update for pvp so that people can actually pk with them, and thats to make entangle spells not be half the time :| 7.5 second entangles are dumb. The TB should still be the way it is though...

was JUST going to post that. Btw max with veng (practically) is 49 - you have to be 115 hp and they have to hit a 65. Add a recoil and thats 56. You could technically hit 51/52 with it but you'd have to be pooled. Post below me: You're in your house :P
