well, use taverly dungeon. Antifire shield. Some decent food (monkfish or above), 1 super set, tele out.

If you want quick and easy points i suggest using the baby blue dragons in taverly dungeon.

Just a quick question on the defender drop rate. So far i've used roughly 1200 tokens and still on bronze defender. Is this normal?

Prayer pots are decent but slow exp.

I personally love irons/steels from Duradel for the sheer profits i've gained. That is only from 65 to 70 slayer as well. But definitely Duradel over summona.

I'm pretty sure i can't change the file type in paint to .png. If not correct me if i'm wrong.

I used Duradel from 101 combat and he seemed fine.

He means most lvl 100's now don't have as good melee stats as you because they level their summoning. My suggestion is to go with duradel.
