I was talking about The End of Evangelion. Episodes 25 and 26 end with all the characters congratulating Shinji for seizing victory over himself. - my opinion The end of evangelion shows what really happens with the human instrumentality project coming into action. Episodes 25 and 26 are open to different interpretations which is why you need to watch the movie to get a better insight. And the show is full of symbolism, especially episodes 25 and 26.

Joey Jordison is a ridiculously average drummer, his solos are especially terrible. If you want decent drum solos look up Neil Peart

i think the actual look of the defender is atrocious, it's barely noticeable to see people wielding one. Surely a bigger looking sword would have been much more aesthetically pleasing

Too anyone who is saying the world isn't bad, watch this video: [Admin edit: This is a g-rated forum - we cant have this here] (people who aren't nazis / christian will find it more shocking)

Evangelion was ok, it pretty much failed by getting its head too far up its own [wagon] in symbolism and confusing people as to what the ending actually meant. It's definately worth watching but it definately is overated

lol, the noob got selfpwned

i really can't feel sorry for people who get hacked. Is it really that hard to scan your computer for spyware? Hundreds of torrent sites have packages which contain spyware programs which will get rid of absolutely everything and there are more than enough Runescape guides on how to scan for spyware.

amen wow...$5 a month, all you deserve is a stale cookie. $5 a month for covering the server cost * well i doubt the $5 a month just covers the server cost, if thats all it would cover, then jagex would hbe completely bankrupt by now. 5 x every member? yeah, that has to cover much more than the server costs, because every company has to put up with alot of gigantic bills and staff wages, so it has to cover alot more than just the servers, otherwise runescape wouldnt be here now. exactly, so the money i like many others pay covers much more than just server costs. So why are we thanking them? we're paying them to make this game, I don't need to say thanks

i've just finished watching Visions of Escaflowne, it was alright but after seeing it all, i realised that it was incredibly cheesey  I'm watching Blue Gender now, much better, quite gory though

i reckon they should increase the number of items sold at the clothes shop. If these NPCs wear the items, surely we can as well? They wouldn't even need to design the items since the game already has them in the engine

Lars Ulrich is an incredibly average drummer. There is nothing he does that nobody whos been playing drums for a year can't do

Have you even listened to them? A legendary death metal pioneer band and not worth recommending? Go back to listen to your SOAD, Slipknot or other commercial pop bands, we'll respect the roots of our music. Wtf are you talking about, SOAD, Slipknot are terrible bands as well, perhaps even as bad as Morbid Angel. The only metal bands I actually find good are Meshuggah, Sikth, Cryptopsy, DEP, Death and Dream Theater. I mean, I even stated the reasons why I hate Morbid Angel so much, and it's all true. Sure Death have really bad guitar tone but atleast they can groove better than Morbid Angel

learning any language will do to start off with. C++ is the most widely used programming language but if you learnt any other language. The actual thought processes and logic involved in languages like Java, Delphi, C, C++ are all the same, just the commands that are different (or more commands). HTML isn't a programming language, it's a markup language so that's not going to help you

i'm seeing satriani in Cardiff next week 8-)

Yes. Every mainstream band in the world is terrible. You're cool. You rebel, you. no, mainstream bands are popular for a reason. It just so happens that every mainstream band on Kerrang, MTV2 and Scuzz are terrible.
-
I'll just say whatever they show on Kerrang, MTV2 and Scuzz are the worst things i've ever heard

jump in the deep end and look for a chord construction book. It's better to learn how to construct the chords than to just remember the finger positions

How can you type a huge paragraph about comparisons between metal and other genres and then recommend Morbid Angel? Morbid Angel are the worst metal band i've ever listened to, they're riffs are incredibly basic, they don't seem to have ever used a chord progression before, their guitar tone sucks... I do agree that some metal bands are more complex than most people think metal bands are (i used to think metal was basic garbage and Jazz was my favourite genre even though it still is) but there are a few bands which are incredibly technical metal bands yet still focus on groove like in jazz. Bands such as Meshuggah, Sikth, Cryptopsy. Not very technical in terms of how many notes they can fit into bars. They are technical due to their strange rhythmic patterns, song structures, use of alternate time signatures and polyrhythms. Most metal bands won't ever dare stray from standard 4/4 timing neither could they tell you what a polyrhythm is. I understand that the bands I suggested are perhaps quite difficult listens but they're the only metal bands i've ever liked with the rest of the music I like being jazz primarily. If I was to recommend and easy to listen to metal band, it would have to be Death since they're a bit like morbid angel but solo a lot better, have slightly better tone (although their tone still sucks) and concentrate a lot more on groove instead of technicality

Jazz Fusion, Extreme Death Metal, Alternative Rock and Mathematical music

I love the extreme heavy bands. My favourites are bands like Meshuggah, The Berzerker, Sikth and Cryptopsy. Strapping Young Lad are quite heavy as well

Can we sort out the trading forums here?

any number would suffice really, just there is a real problem with douchebags not commiting to the threads they make
