Hysteria is a pure rhythm piece, it's not that hard, but keeping it in time was a little trickier. Play with a metronome to see if that helps you. I'm currently getting through Charlie Parker's Donna Lee. Bloody difficult, check it out on youtube for some videos of it being played

Gundam Wing is way better even though it lasted 52 Episodes yes, I must say, the newer gundam episodes are terrible. The art style, the mech designs, it's all bad. Gundam Wing was really good, we all know and love it. I quite like the old ones as well

I'm not really a fan, but the bass and guitar work is very impressive. They really have created music that has no definition. They're a weird band, my favourite album is easily Sailing in the seas of Cheese. it's a shame they broke up though, but they've released a huge amount of albums.

Thats not really what they're about, they're a "Musician's Band." People who love running up and down scales at 300bpm usually will like bands like Dream Theater. They're a good band though, I have their Scenes from a Memory live album on DVD

That seems more like the stereotype emo... The word emo is a stereotype. The bands you suggested are typical Pop punk bands. Much like Blink 182. Just because they're songs aren't usually happy doesn't make them emo. Bands which are "emo" are bands like Hawthorne Heights. i wish I could name more but I don't dwell in that genre much. I much prefer Hardcore Punk bands like The Dillinger Escape Plan

Classical is probably the most technical music i've ever heard. But it lacks groove which is why I prefer Classical Jazz

I just saw this,flipped and skipped straight to the end.There is no way Slipknot is over rated. That's why they're over rated :? Just because a band is over rated doesn't mean they aren't good. Once again I find myself saying "Take Dream Theater for instance". Dream Theater are an incredibly talented band with each member being a virtuoso on their instrument (except their singer James LaBrie). They're a very good band (widely concieved as being). But they are over rated. There are bands more talented, more technical, more grooveh, more *Metal* \../ than Dream Theater. But they're good. This thread is stupid. Someone says a band, someone says that band isn't and instead implies they're good, someone explains why they're overated and good/not good.

I honestly don't see why all you people thing Metallica are "sell outs" or over-rated... They chose their path, and no one had any right to stop them. St. Anger, maybe they shouldn't have released that one, but Load and Reload, whether ya'll liked them or not, still sold and I liked them. They're sellouts because Lars Ulrich is a douche who has said douchey things like "we want less guitar solos in our songs"

(I listen to Dream Theater) I always thought Dream Theater was under-rated... Under rated is when a band gets little credit and is very underground. Dream Theater would be a normal band (not over rated nor under rated) except people constantly give them fellatio over how technical and talented the members are. A band being over or under rated is also based on opinion. It seems that on this forum in particularly, people seem to constantly say a band is over or under rated. Firstly, very few of the people here seem to even know what it means for a band to be over or under rated which means that there shouldn't be so much talk about the subject. Secondly, it's music, you shouldn't care how popular a band is, if they sound good listen to them, criticise a band for their music and not for who their fans are. Thirdly, in my opinion, Dream Theater or over rated

attraction in my opinion is very important in a relatioship, you can go on and on about that beauty on the inside crap but in the real world, people do care how you look. Ofcourse the major turn off for me is stupidity. I like my women smart

Oblivion is terrible, i don't understand how Bethseda could have gone wrong after Morrowind but there's alot bad about oblivion. The level scaling is terrible on it making the game impossible to complete for some people. The fact that at high levels, every single bandit wears for Daedric armour defeats the purpose of high level armour as well as the fact that your level decides what armour players wear. Morrowind was a brilliant game, they somehow made Oblivion rubbish though. I understand there are mods that fix this problem but I loved the exploration Morrowind provided where if you managed to survive an incredibly difficult dungeon, glass armour may have awaited you at the end. Oblivion doesn't have that however. Apart from graphics, Oblivion is rubbish, i was so disapointed with it. oh yeah, and it's nothing like WoW or DII

They're incredibly similar (most likely because they're made by the same people). They both have: Set Items Similar Classes with similar roles Talent trees (Diablo has skill trees) They both have the same types of armour (helmets, boots, gloves, belts etc) items rarity is based on the colour of the text Both games have the same systems for obtaining rare items (MF runs on Diablo, instances on WoW) Ofcourse they have their differences but it's undeniable that the game mechanics are quite similar

yeah, but it's not MMO. Diablo MMO is basically WoW since they're incredibly similar (except Diablo II doesn't deal with that soulbinding crap)
