ok, maybe add this to your first post, but heres the scoop. This did work at one time, on the old rs client. It was possible to go in through the registry and if your were logged on to your character, you could access some codes...the thing is...just like private servers, it was only edited on your side, and there for, no one else could see your levels. Some kid discovered this, and didnt know that only he could see this, and was estatic about it. He then published it on one cheat site, jagex changed the client, and now every "cheat site"(them sites where you get cheats for ps2 games and such) have the same data on it. Did it also say something bout how you can get halloween masks on halloween if you kill a high lvl monster, or party hats on christmas or something. Yeah, no long works, so dont worry bout it.

wow, ppl are really interested in this. heres my short summary of a story to tell you about the dupe. I myself had about 1m gp, my first 1m..and at this time, mask sets were about 900-1m gp...i bought my first mask set the day before the dupe...i have no cash...i dont care because i have my armour for training, and a mask set...pretty much all you could do in rsc on a main was train, mine, fish...ect. so anyway, next day...the dupe is leaked, and there are massive ammounts of p hats flooded into the market...yikes...i have no money, no longer :(...p hats are selling for as low as 50k ea...i dont have any money to afford it. i could have bought 20 p hats, and been rich..but instead..nope im broke. This just goes to show that timing, is everything

this is a double post...im sry, sue me.. anyway, lets say jagex wouldnt of added construction, and just added poh's....instead of gaining the lvl to build the new things, you would buy them from a shop or something, and then guess what...it would be totally dependant on money...thats right...and ppl would then think that it would be worthless to spend their money on thrones and stuff, because u can't sell em back for a profit like you can rares, and anyone can buy them if they have the money. Now you not only have to have the money, but also the construction level. This is indoubtly the reason construction is a skill. Question Answered!!!!

Um, high alching might be easy, but its also very boring...and to actualy make money from it, you have to gather some of your own supplies..So dont tell me that high-alcher's are lazy...

erm, u sure...cuz i'm 80 mage now, but i could hit 18's back when i was 74 mage :S...

the combat formula is pretty advanced. ussually you need 1 more hp/def lvl then you need atk/str... edit:yep prayer is every 8

i have no idea the exact day i started, but i think it was sometime in spring of 2002...eaither in april or may

read again, its if it is your lowest skill. Tears hasnt gave Cons exp yet. he's saying that now they let it give xp...but its not his lowest skill anymore

low lvl quest?

only a few quests i havnt done without a guide, and the simple reason is because i dont get into quests as much as i just want something else to do while im in between skills.

90's and 180's you'd be fine...just not anything past that

Actually, no one would say that, as you can normally poison spears, and not maces. :roll: Exactly. Mace = flail? No. Flail = flail? Yes. A mace is a [bleep]ey ball on a stick. A flail is a [bleep]ey ball on a stick with a chain. There IS a difference! :P yeah, but the ball on the mace is similar to the ball on the flail... also maces and flails are crushing items, you don't stab or slash with them, so poison would unaffective.

jut didnt discover the dupe...he just has a kick-[wagon] rs site, and the duper sent him the info about it...

well, i used to be on scapeboard since i think june 2002...but then scape went under and i joined tip.it forums as soon as they were re-released.
