just to start off i have to say the acting in this movie is great. bad acting doesnt really bother me as much as some people, just like great acting helps but doesnt make the movie. jack's performance in this was great, and another one i enjoyed very much was danny devito's. the storyline was pretty good, the end really made the film. i think the point of the movie is that mentally ill people arent exactly what you think they are, and that the staff of the hospital dont really consider themselves as much as being nurses, but more being "guards". dont know if "guards" really quite explains it, because its not quite that serious. mcmurphy (jack) said in the film "none of you are sick, these doctors just make you think you are", and that sums up the main point of the movie. i see where he is coming from too, he doesnt think he is sick, and he notices that he is a lot like these people (some are actually sick, maybe many), so they arent really sick either. anyways, my review of the movie is very good. might be in my top 25, definently top 40 or so. if you watch a lot of movies and havent see this one yet, make time for it, you wont be dissapointed. it can seem slow at parts, but this time (second time i watched it) i didnt notice it being slow at all. the end makes it all worth it though, its great. Edit: just noticed i made another post instead of editing it in. didnt mean to do that :P

if this was on fark it would have gotten a darwin award, but i dont know how appropriate that is for these forums :lol:

disney movies are good sometimes, i watched part of jungle book with my nephew and was enertained. thats an older one though, of course. Waiting... - i like these sort of stupid funny movies sometimes, and this was one of those times. ryan reynolds was hilarious in the movie, as was everyone else. it did just kind of end, but its a comedy and the story isnt the number one priority. definently makes you laugh. and just to notify everyone who has seen this, everything about working in the resteraunt was exaggerated a ton. dont want to ruin any comedic moments so i wont go into detain. but the game in that movie, its been around in the resteraunt buisness forever. (is he joking? i dont know... muahahaaha) Mulholland Dr. - wont review this one yet just in case, ill edit it in later if need be.

haha, the general population of people who still play rs are very funny. :D

i dont really see where this whole "horrible" acting comes from, its about just as good as in the original trilogy. now if you didnt like the original trilogy because of the acting, i could understand.

yeah, kevin spacey was a really good choice for the role. just like in the usual suspects, and american beauty, and goldmember :o

i live in indiana, about 5 to 10 minutes from the border to ohio right next to cincinnatti. got canceled here to, so my sister was off. the college i go to i dont think is cancelled.

i didnt know that either, now i have to go out and get that movie to finish my series. thanks 7up :D . i guess they are both thrillers, for some reason i just didnt picture them the same. oh well. and putter, you have to see at least silence of the lambs, so many parts of it get parodied (it puts the lotion on the skin or else it gets the hose again!)

cartman. about half of the time i agree with him, even though they make it seem like what he is doing is bad. ok, maybe not half, maybe just in the hippy episode. the funniest people are probably the parents though, mostly stan and kyles parents. the smoking one was on last night, classic.

brad pitts "whats in the box" line is easily the most quoted between me and my friends (which means everynow and then, we dont quote movies very often. when we do, its usually this one). the way he says it is hilarious. and theres three movies in the hannibal lectre series, red dragon-silence of the lambs-hannibal. thats chronilogical storywise, not sure which came out first. but i dont see why compare those movies with se7en.

might as well see the third star wars if you watched all the other ones, i thought it was really good anyhow. i watched all these movies a while ago, i just dont have enough time anymore. The Royal Tenenbaums - went to library to pick up one flew (didnt have it there), so i got this and magnolia instead. seen them both before, but they are good enough to watch again. royal t is a wes anderson movie, so its freaking hilarious without the comedy style movie. its supposed to be a comedy, and its hilarious, but its just filmed much better and much better written. lots of funny movies out there, but this one and wes andersons other movies are definently some of the best. [ur=http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0401792/]Sin City[/url] - (recut and extended version). ordered it on dec 17th, got it on jan 14th :lol: . the backorder line was kind of long. anyways, this is a quality movie. robert rodriguez definently knows how to direct a good movie, just look at his mexico trilogy. special quest director quentin tarantino in this movie, and they work very well together and with frank miller in the midst. 3 directors at the same time, you would think that would get confusing. watched the special features of the movie, the whole movie was filmed in one room that was just a big greenscreen. you can even watch the entire movie with out the background, and just see everything with out any special effects. this movie is awesome, the story is awesome, the acting is decent, tons of big name actors and actresses (did i ever mention to anyone that jessica alba is really hot?), the movie was put together very well, and you can actually watch the 4 stories seperatly if you wanted to (on the extended version). dont know if i put it in my top 10 last time, but its definently in my top 10 now. Best in Show - same director, writer and actors as in "the mighty wind". and like that movie, it is also a mockumentary. this one is much funnier though, its about a dog show, and how wierd the people who are in it are. definently a funny movie, and the style is still really interesting. i watched last weeks episode of the office right after (recorded it), and i noticed the style is very similar. anyways, a good funny movie to watch.

good idea to let it go on for two weeks, it may take me that long just to get it :D working on getting it right now.

i found the single or co-op story in the first halo to be fairly good, i liked the story in it better than in any other fps. but the best part of that list is tetris, i am in love with tetris. well, you can just take it from there.

ive always been a colts fan, and by fan if someone asked me what my favorite team was, id say colts. it suprised me to learn that they did so well this year, i thought i heard something about being undefeated but i dont know how many games they one. i watched about 2 minutes today, which is about equal to the total that i watched all year. im from indiana, so i just picked them as my team. in the area i live, everyone is a bengals fan. im actually technically in cincinnatti, and i work pretty close to downtown, so i saw "who dey" and "go bengals" pretty much everywhere lately. i assumed they did ok, i always thought they sucked though. my least favorite team.

yeah, the one locke on and boone find. it becomes a big part in the first part of season 2.

i thought episode 10 had some good parts, it was the one with claires backstory. especially her dream during that episode, pretty freaky. does kind of lose some its crazyness, at this point i think they start focusing on the hatch a bit too much, all the way up to the newest episode (episode 10 of season 2). the hatch is a major, major part, but they focus to much on it i think.
