No such thing as a dream 'job' if you're doing something you love an enjoy that much it would be, at best, called a career, or lifestyle.

  17. In my opinion its not too scary.. you get use to it pretty quick and you expect things to happen. Scary/action/shooter games for me don't exist... If you want to scare me you'd have to make a mystery game with moody music/atmosphere.
  18. So, yes... every has a personal printer, well almost everyone I'd imagine. When it comes to printing text documents and invoices and other such things its a saintly machine that makes life a little bit easier. But when it comes to printing photos I find printers to be a complete waste, unless you get those little photo-specific printers, which I've never used. When I print out a picture on maximum quality I'm still often left with streaks and marks because the mechanism that ejects the paper doesn't operate 100% smooth. Another thing is that ink is expensive, and when printing photos it completely kills your ink supply, and is economically... a disaster. Today I printed off one 8x10, and four 4x6 prints on photo/glossy paper at max quality today using a brand-new cartridge, after that was all complete my ink meter read a little above half way, and still the quality wasn't that great in my opinion. (mind you this is a fairly new printer) Unless you have the money to buy a professional printer I think its safe to say most suck for photos. Anyone know of any economy friendly ways to get quality prints through printing at home, and not having to go to print-shops and paying upwards of $3 for a 9x12 glossy non-photo print, (which is still probably a better value than paying for your own ink)? Feel free to B*tch about your printer.

    Ok.
  23. The live version has nearly brought me to tears watching it on DVD. It's hard to think of many that i've heard recently, there's a song off the Requiem For A Dream soundtrack called Summer Overture, which was remixed for a LOTR trailer. It's called Requiem For A Tower and it's even more powerful than the original; just the combination of the harsh strings with the deep timpanis, it's utterly haunting. It's been used a fair bit in films and adverts, you'd probably recognise it. I presume the Pulse version? I dont know how many times I've watched that, lost count :| Another god mode for gilmour would be Echoes Pt. 1 from Pompeii. heres a link to pompeii http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hy_n4pzWbvc here comfortably numb, and heres a random one. MUST WATCH *tears of joy* GOD = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76yQFV58-0o wait for the ending on this one, its brilliant!
  24. good luck getting the ladies.. and if you do get any, they'll probably have facial hair.
