D:SC3:CG18 Western Digital Hard Drives - $105.98 http://www.staples.com/webapp/wcs/store ... 7:CL142595 Sorry if this is spam, i'd thought if i wasn't going to use it might as well put the offer up for someone to take advantage of.
  3. cliche' lyrics, crappy hair, and fake persona's.
  4. it gases being released when you bend your joints. Thats why you have to wait before you crack them again, you have to wait for it to build back up.
  5. your better off drinking fruit juice than coffee coffee will make you crash.
  6. $510 cash (We don't exchange gifts among us older kids in the family anymore) all the opening of presents is left up to the young ones (my nephews) girlfriends coming today, wonder what she got me :P I got her a camera lens. I do know she went to Victoria Secret ;) for part of "my" gift. lol
  7. English is "the language of business", without it there would be much hassle between companies and people over-seas.
  8. Been listening to them for a while. Somewhat popular around here, a decent amount of people know about them. I have their discography and a bunch of demos and b-sides stuff.
  9. Acoustic and electric guitar.
  10. lmao, cant wait for that movie so true.
  11. seems lacking substance to me... it was alright, i enjoyed it.. just wish there was more to it.
  12. 3rd image seems over-exposed. other than that they look alright. You should get an ND filter or circular polarizing filter It would help make the sky's bluer and the rays of sunlight would show up more like you see in the one 4th from the bottom
  13. i suggest looking here http://www.dpreview.com/
  14. the tool-tips are quite hard to read also make an expandable window?
  15. Well I own the following for base equipment ++Equipment (Camera): -Canon 20D ++Equipment (Lenses): -Canon 70-200mm f/4 USM non-IS --50mm f/1.8 mkII ---Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 ++Other equipment: -Hoya Circular Polarizing filters --Canon UV Filters ---Bogen - Manfrotto Tripod ----Cable Release -----Wireless Remote Release -------White Balance Aid --------SanDisk 4 GB Extreme IV CF Card the 20D has served me well, you cant buy they new though, you can get them refurbished (which mine was) at http://www.adorama.com It's refurbished by canon themselves so you can expect quality. For lenses i'd suggest looking on the http://www.fredmiranda.com/ website for reviews of lenses. If you want to invest more into the future get a newer camera body, maybe a new Canon 40D or an Nikon equivalent. I'd personally recommend canon (although they've had a bad year). their lens are top-notch.
  16. I suggest you make a budget first and find a target as to what your going to shoot nature/landscape/low light/sports ect.
  17. unless you want to be a portrait photographer you really should think about what your getting into. In areas other than portraits/weddings and stuff like that, its hard. Theres a lot of competition, and you'll have to work harder to gain a reputation. Starting out its kind of expensive. My camera im using now (my first serious camera) set me back 700$ just for the body, and i have some nice lens and equipment to go along with it, including two ~500$ lens and another 60-70$ lens. I also have tripods, cleaning supply's, filters, tripods, bags, and basic stuff. I was told by a photographer once that he had 20,000$ in equipment he uses, and he has doubles of everything in case something breaks down on the spot. Lightroom, and Photoshop are pretty much essential to the digital photographer who is serious about what they do. Lightroom is good for starters, and when you get the hang of it, move on to photoshop. But don't not get photoshop because it takes years to learn the ropes by yourself. (I've been using it for 5-6 years now) from photoshop 7.0 to Cs3 You may want to check these sites. http://www.fredmiranda.com/ http://www.bhphotovideo.com/ http://www.adorama.com/

  20. haha, i guess you can say that. im good at a lot of types of art, but completely suck at everything else. Example: Pottery. :| and i suck at figure drawing, or realism. lmao. i somehow doubt that : Trust me, unless i have a grid/reference i cant do it. I was going to take an anatomy class but I opted for an illustration type class next semester.
