right click the file and say "Open With" and choose a photo/paint program if its a picture associated file type it should open up.

im kinda like MXM... one time in 5th grade my [developmentally delayed] friend decided to bring REAL handcuffs to school and he thought'd be cool to put them on and lock them and give ME the key... i lost in 5min. later on the play ground... good times :)
