The 6 second wait means, that you have always lagged six seconds. Before you could see your message instantly, now you see it when others see it. So, basically, you are lagging 6 seconds all the times. Do your moves lag us much? Try clicking somewhere and pressing enter on your message at the same time. If the text appears at the same time or a little later than your characters movement, everything's ok. uhhh the menus load from the server and even they lag me. Everything isnt ok. And it DEFINITELY does NOT mean he has always lagged six seconds, there's much more information being exchanged between the client and the server now that it's slowing the game down. Now i have to load the menus from the server every time i play and i can VISIBLY watch them load. who are u to say there lag hasn't changed? It has. Everything the client now doesn't do adds to his supposed six seconds, for your information. It's been established that there's a lot more going on serverside (IE : relying a lot more on your internet connection) So how can you tell someone they lag just as much now as they ever did previously :lol: The menus aren't precached, how freaking pointless & vastly annoying The client doesnt do ANY legwork anymore and I'm on a shared line with my entire college (home in a week, but still) Even if the lag is were same (which ive established, isn't so) and just more noticeable, it's making movement too clunky to play because you have more opportunities to click a new spot to move to and mess the character's pathfinding up. (IE, u lag out and click 2-3 spots, your character goes haywire) they found a way to stop macroers : make the game unplayable :? They always say they want this game to work on a wide variety of computers/internet connections...This is a step in the wrong direction

i was pking at dark wizards in RSC and someone who was just 1 level out of my attacking range (too high) was killing dark wizards with full rune, rune 2h and a yellow party hat. someone convinced him to walk the next level north and i attacked him (he was slightly damaged, plus he was unpure) I managed to 3 hit him by some MIRACLE (all i can remember is my second hit was 20+ after a very meager first hit) and all of his stuff fell to my feet :wink: I sold the yellow for some ridiculously low amount under 400k :oops: it was worth like 700k at the time too :oops: that hat i sold is worth 82m now :oops: I have barely 10m at the moment too :oops: lotta :oops: 's Oh well at least im a proven pker in both rsc and rs2 :wink: Did i mention i had 3 green masks < 5 months ago? When i went back to f2p i sold all i had for 3 greens, i paid like 7m total fro them and resold when i went p2p again for slightly more. I know I would've sold the yellow once it was like 8 million though, i would've never been smart enough to let it hit 70m+ so i don't even feel bad Oh and another story : i gave a red mask away like 2-3 hours after the drop. haha, the guy who i gave it to probably quit years ago And one last one : when the halloween masks were dropped, I had to compete with deadskinmask for them. He happen to be right near me at the time, he beat me to a few of them and i only got like 3-4 Oh and i have a santa in RSC still :lol: I don't sweat any of this though because I've been able to sustain my character on pking/very easy merchanting...if I had to start over and make money from mining or fishing or something id shoot myself The way I see it is im lucky enough to not have to grind out sharks or something stupid to buy the things I want which lets me play the game however I want. Not many ppl can say that, especially not in Runescape 2 edit: just thought of another...When RSC was in it's last 5-8 months of life, i had like 44 rune 2 handed swords sitting in my bank that i could've sold for a lot of money, but at the time i HATED runescape..I wanted no part of this game so i just let them become an RS2 item where they were worthless :lol: I ended up alching them in rs2

You could still teleport during those 3 rounds incase you forgot and everyone has high magic now, Therefore this rule wouldn't even make the wilderness much more dangerous. I have a 72 in RSC and fyi the combat system in RS2 needs to be FREE FLOWING to support things such as multi-combat pvp, castle wars, pest control and anything they have planned for us really And also, the only reason mages have their reputation as being the best pks is because they target the most popular character in the triangle. :wink:

it has to be said : an average can't be a range of numbers :lol: Anyway, Glorys + greens is probably the most sound way to make cash for combat ppl. I don't do it because id rather train in peace. (EXP > little gold coins) if ur still making under 250k an hour while concentrating on making money...you need to get educated son 8-) read up on some money making methods and live comfortably :) Just to talk about making money for a second : I have no doubt in my mind I could eventually work my way to a higher standard of RS living by doing my piddly little 300k+ method and then moving on to bigger and beter things. but god it's boring and you only need like 9 mill to buy barrows gear and food for life + more!! Chewy Shoe has done it in both RSC and RS2 and i'm nothing short of amazed at his efforts Hopefully you have fun doing it because the day you see ME walking around with 100m is the day 100m is worth very little :lol:

You do everything in runescape for 'sport'. You runecraft for sport. None of the stuff you do in runescape actually matters outside of your 17' monitor. Maybe i can relate the activities from some other games to this one to make u see why they RC pk. People fight in world of warcraft for no reward. PVP outside instances gets you NOTHING and people still do it on large scales just for fun. Anyone who plays an FPS like counterstrike ---> no reward for blasting ur enemies. So you can see why people are exstatic at the idea of getting your glory which actually can buy them a few runes in addition to replacing what they used and let them practice their pking skills. FYI there was a time in RSC when the biggest pkers had around 20-40 million gold when the most expensive item they could ever pk was worth around 100k...They never stopped fighting ;) Think about it you're comparing being cruel to an animal in real life to being cruel to you while you play runescape. If this is so I think you'rebeing so ridiculous I need not respond to your "argument". ppl love to compare one sort of pain to another, and rarely succeed in looking intelligent while they try to make their point.

I wonder if the most recent update will allow jagex to run special ruleset servers? They definitely piqed my interest with what the ideas they've been dying to do are 1 server could be "attack anyone within 3 levels" and another could be attack anyone. And why not have u auto-skull when u log in I've said before it's a neat idea, but when you look at runescape compared to every other games, jagex really nailed pvp in this game with the wilderness. imagine if runescape didn't have ANY wilderness and then one day they added it to the game. Everyone would praise jagex sooo much.

if someone breaks a rule and a customer files a complaint, it's the company's duty to take action--no matter the underlying motives. There has to be SOME form of customer service and ppl would use that to get revenge even if there weren't a "Report Abuse" button.

Every program I've found is either a free trial that screws you when you try to export a movie or is too complicated what program is best for putting sound on a movie and basic cutting?

I chose speed over efficiency I'm sure I could do it with 0 gp at the varrock sewer mind rune spawn, but I won't :lol: If you must know, I make around a mil-2 a day, it's not a lot but i have a consistent method that adds up over time allowing me to do what I want generally. And what I wanted happened to be around 48,000 law runes :lol:

charge = 2100+ gp a cast Sara strike = 1400+ gp to cast Teleblock = ~800 gp to cast Entangle = 1600+ gp to cast It would be an insult if mages weren't this powerful. No other class is so wasteful while they pk, none You have to piss away all that money trying to kill someone for full rune. If someone is throwing away all this money for each attack, why shouldn't they be doing above average damage? a person with a maul can, for free, hit a 26 on me. I should be able to hit 30s considering what I'm wasting just to do it. Not to mention the 17,000,000 gp I spent to get 85 magic. And you make it sound like warriors stand no chance. A lot of people get away from me since I get interupted by monsters a lot since sara strike isn't auto cast. And people pray, entangle fails, there's lots of ways to survive a magician. I cast 15 sara strikes then entangle fails and the dude gets away, well there's about 60k down the crapper :lol: The only people I absolutely massacre are those who aren't ready for an attack and are more than 13 levels lower than me. I often 1 or 3 hit them
