  1. but they also free up slots in the inventories of mages to let them hold more food/potions. Mages (particularily ancients) are hard enough to kill already, no need to let them hold more food or another prayer pot or somthing like that.
  2. definately not to the 1 mil bit. Maybe cap it at like 1k? As for the Items, IMO they should be more for show than actual stats (like mime, frog, leiderhosen).
  3. No it only gives you ONE slot of infinite runes...and the maximum would be three. EX:Air Staff,Lava tiara and the cost wold be like 50k per tiara actually, you can get all 4 runes like so: Mud Staff, Smoke Tiara (fire and air) Lava Staff, Mist Tiara (water and air). sides, even getting 3 infinites runes is too much.
  4. so basically you can get infinite amounts of 3 of the 4 elemental runes (with his "binded" power tiara and a elemental staff), and 4 if you get a lava staff or mud staff... that would make magic way too powerful. Spells become way to cheap, you have more open inventory slots for food...all around a bad idea.
  5. being able to heal that much would make the game WAY too easy. We get to carry enough food right now to maintain a proper balance of difficulty. You need to have more restrictions or drawbacks on this.
  6. Nunchucks. Fastest Weapon, but also slightly weaker because of that, and if you dont wear a shield you can weild two. Or maybe brass knuckles (again, no shield means you can weild two).
  7. Christmas specials arent removed from what i understand. Didnt they have a Santa NPC give out Yo-yo's the previous Christmas? Maybe the event could be that Santa needs help passing out gifts, and that he gives you a bag full of presents addressed to different NPC's throughout the RS world, and each player gets different gift boxes in their bags. For instance, one player can get a bag with gift boxes addressed to Sir Amik Varse, Wizard Trailborn, and Bob (the axe shop owner in Draynor), while another player can have gifts for Aubury (Rune shop in varrock), the Makeover Mage, and and Sir Prysin. Then, after you deliver the presents, you can go talk to Santa (or be teleported to him) and recieve the item (Such as the Candy Cane Staff I suggested). It would be untradeable of course like the recent holiday items, and if you lost your staff, you can have Zaff replace if for free.
  8. Do I really deserve 10 million gp? I don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t know for sure, but I do have problems with money. I just never seem to be able to hold onto it for a long time. Its not that I go and buy worthless items with it, but I just cannot merchant anything. I end up selling whatever I buy usually for 50K less than what I paid for it since prices keep fluctuating. I rarely break even, and on the rare occasion that I do make a profit, I usually make only around 5k profit. I tried training my stats, but I just never have the time to do that with my school work (I have seven Advanced Placement classes, am an active member of our Student Government, and the Vice President of our National Honor Society). So merchanting is the only real viable option I have left. I recently made my first million, I won̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t lie. It took a while but I made it. But the fact is, its getting harder and harder to merchant anything now. People in f2p worlds now either try to scam you when you see a good deal (like trying to replace 1K coal with 100 coal), or charge the maximum price. Yes I have a million dollars, but I have no armor or runes (save 62 nats for use in high alching). Another thing that keeps me from holding my money is that I lend or donate stuff to my friends a lot (I remember giving away almost full mithril to one, and a draghide body to another). I do this not because I am gullible, but because Im in the game to have fun, and find sharing what I have to be more fun than hoarding and showing off. I know many people here will blame me for inability to make money (and honestly, they are correct), but I will still attempt to receive this aid.
  9. I doubt it. That would make using strikes, bolts, blasts, waves, and the god spells WAY to easy and much cheaper, and thus make mages much more powerful (I mean, instead of needing 3 inventory slots for a god spell, you need only one for floods...that could be two extra sharks or prayer pots), and mages are already powerful enough.
  10. how a bout a candycane staff as an item, which can have the same stats as a magic staff?
  11. actually, the kebab that the dwarf gives you doesnt always heal just 4 hp. I have had many of them, and randomly, some will post a message like "That was a really good kebab" and heal for something close to a lobby or tuna or sumthing like that. Also, i once had a kebab that not only healed high but also added +2 to my attack stregnth and def if i remember correctly (i have 3-4 kebabs in my bank so i will see if i can get screens).
  12. Mysterious Old Man
  13. It annoys me when ppl don't look at the bigger picture and don't see the implications of a stuff like this! 1)Fishing lobbies/swordies would be much easier, so the prices will drop! 2)The pirate treasure quest is shot to pieces coz you just deposit, go back to mainland and withdraw - no challenge!!! while i dont agree with the idea of the bank in Karajama, the pirate treasure quest issue can be solved in one of two ways: 1) The Bank NPC can say a message like "Sorry, but this branch does not allow for the deposit of that particular liquior" and stop people from depositing it. or 2) Make the ability to use the Karajama Bank a reward for the Pirate Treasure Quest.
  14. This could work IF: 1) The prayer restore was slow (not just like an instant 1 point each time it is performed). 2) It is continuous and you must actively select to end medidation. 3) Being attacked while meditating does not end the emote 4) You cannot do anything (activate prayer, magic, eat, fight, nothing) while meditating. 5) You cannot meditate beyond level 15-20 wildy since "Dark Forces prevent the mind from relaxing" or something like that. 6) There is a max cap on the amount of prayer that can be restored from each emote (maybe 7 points?). After that the emote ends. 7) One must wait 4-5 minutes before using meditation again.
  15. I understand that Camo should be untradeable, but Jagex could have atleast put up a notice in their Recent News Section stating on which date Camo would become untradable, and thus prevent people from buyin camo to merchant with (I almost did this, so i guess my view is biased...oh well).
  16. I trained from level 30 wc to level 60 straight. Only random events i got: Drunk Dwarves, 1 genie, countless tree spirites, shaking trees, and one MOM. I trained magic constantly from 1 to 55, only events i got were 3 Certers, 1 Rick Turpentine, 1 MOM, 2 Dwarves. I really do believe that there is more than just training one skill constantly.
  17. not a bad idea, but would u be able to stack items in it (like say, 5 frog masks count for one space, or 5 spaces?)
  18. wait, quick question, can you add a bayonette to this gun? if so, then maybe that could make it a low-level (steel?) spear that can be used to defend yourself if you run out of ammo or gunpowder.
  19. From what i gather, claws are pretty terrible weapons. You have to use both hands, and its pretty weak, but stronger than a dagger. The only advantage is speed, but even then it pales in comparison to a dagger, which has the bonus of being poisoned. So i tought about ways to improve it, and came up with the idea of giving claws two hits per attack. Of course, this could mean the strenght could be weakened a bit further, but i think that if this were to happen, claws would be used more often.
  20. I dont know how Jagex could implement this, but I think it would be a good idea to show the shop price of an item during a trade as a little number next to the item on the trade screen, or they could include a "CHECK PRICE" option when the item is right clicked. This way, fewer people can be ripped off by people sellin cheap items for large amounts, and also prevents people from losing too much money in a trade. Of course, this could be left out for items like trimmed/god armors and holiday drops. Maybe instead of a price the word "SPECIAL ITEM" could be shown instead, so that those items can retain their value.
