35-40k exp per hour if you mine two rocks in a full world and drop your ores during respawns. I think it's a little bit more if you mine 3 rocks and if you are fast in dropping ores. I'm just too lazy to move. :D

You want to cook swordfishs at 70? Even with cooking gauntlets this is just stupid because you will burn some of them. Do lobsters instead to 81 cooking where you don't burn swordfishs anymore with cooking gauntlets. Then do swordfishs to 94 at which point you will stop burning sharks. Finally cook sharks to 99.

True, you won't make profit if you want to do alot of alching. You can try to buy natures or materials at low but it will take a longer time to get your stuff. However I'm F2P and I have two offers in grand exchange: 1k green d'hide bodys and 1k adamant platebodys both at medium. You will get 100 of these items every 4 hours. Per alch i lose like 20 gp (+/- 10). For P2P I can also think of blue d'hide bodys. And there are no alching secrets. There's even a guide on these forums.

You could buy santas and sell them at christmas.

I don't exactly understand your problem. After you run you have to use your next log with your tinderbox before you reach the next spot. I never did any videos so I'm not familiar with it. Try this video from Zarfot for some help.

the price will change if their isn't anyone buying them, and their is a larger supply. the prices change with supply and demand, if there if a high demand for something and a low supply prices shoot up. if there is a large supply and low demand, prices drop down. No, the update isn't based on supply and demand. It's based on the amount of items sold on different prices. I don't know how exactly. If it would change with supply/demand phats would drop like hell.

Well, it isn't easy to buy them but they will buy. It depends on the current price, if it will go up and if you buy at max or lower.

The GE updates the prices every day as already said. I don't know the current time because it changes too often. It could be at evening this week and at the morning next week (and there was no price update in the last 30 hours). But all items update at once and the price is based of the items sold between now and the last update. Some items like godswords or some rares don't change in price every day cause there are not enough items sold.

I know a few 99 range F2P'ers who trained there. It's very good! You should bring a fire staff and some nature runes to alch the metal drops. You can safespot there for months and get a few prayer levels, too.

It was 9984 for a very long time. I don't remember this 7680 or any other value.

Is this thread a joke or something? Rune essence are going down now. They started rising since rc guild and it's obvious that the rc guild caused the rise. There's no conspiracy by Jagex. And you can't spend hundreds of millions on them because there's a limit (I think it's 10k or 25k rune essence you can buy every 4 hours ). This thread is so dumb tbh.

You won't get a message and you can buy 100 battlestaves every 4 hours, so if you have an offer for 900 battlestaves it will take you a minimum of 32 hours.

I heard you can get like 270k exp per hour with sharks. And it's a skill where you can do other things like watching videos or reading forums, too. So if you cook like 3 hours a day while you do other things you can get 200M exp in less than a year.

I'll add a fun-section soon. :) The box method requires alot clicks and mouse movements. Two tinderboxes won't make a big difference. If you have such pain you should do the straight line method. I think I'll add it. I don't have any pains because I wear a wristband all the time and have a mouse with high sensity. Tbh you waste less energy with the box method than running to and from you firemaking spot to bank. If you are good you can firemake without any energy doing two-log-lines. ;)
