I bought the dragon warhammer, and wanna be able to use it as well. And yes I'm gonna do walkthroughs because I don't care about challenge in this game. To be honest I think I'm giving up on getting these. Both worlds that focus on pest control are deserted as hell. I have waited five hours until five people arrive to the ship, but usually when someone arrives they say "Got to go" and leave before the game begins. Should I give up on getting these and make pouches of something else? I don't mind time consuming things, but waiting in the boat without knowing if enough people are even coming is boring and I'm not even sure if it's worth it in the end.

I'm training summoning, and oh boy I notice how expensive it is to get these shards. It's insane. So I wanna ask is any way to get them for free? Is any monster that drops them? When I train non-combat skills like crafting, smithing and fletching I like to gather everything all by myself without having to pay for it. And it works for most of these skills. The only times I buy items needed is if the progress becomes tedious, which almost never happens. So yeah, if you can help me that would be appreciated.

Wait a minute I just realized something. The charms aren't tradable but the pouches are. Does that mean I can use the creatures that can hold 30 items at a time without getting the summoning level needed to make the pouches?

So what? Nature runes are easy to get for free. By killing monsters that drop them commonly like basilisks or crafting them myself. Except it's not free. It costs time. And even if Nats were worth less than the alch, if you got them yourself the time spent is far more valuable than the alch price. And since they are worth less than nats you're better off selling the nats, This is like, the most basic economics imaginable. Maybe you find it fun, and if so play that way. But don't defend it on any other grounds than "I enjoy it." because it's an indefensible stance. Alright, fair enough. I'm not gonna defend it at all.

Alright, alright, I will admit it was cowardly of me to say "I'm not posting here anymore." This is a message board, and I should know by now that when I post there I will get a lot of people disagreeing with me, it's inevitable. But anyway, I don't care about the money, I don't. If I did care about getting money I would have chopped down trees and sell the logs. Alright, fair enough. I might disagree with most of the posts here, but that's ok. I still respect you guys. But there is one thing I must point out. Even boss monsters are guilty of dropping items that aren't worth a lot. I mean the Kalphite Queen drops Zamorak wines.

Not anymore they aren't With the drops I mentioned you can get over 200K coins by killing 100 of steel dragons. Most monsters don't even have drops worth near that with 300 kills.

I was originally gonna titled this "least favorite", but least favorite would imply it has been favorite at some point. Anyway, the title basically says it all. What's your most hated monster to fight? By that I mean which monster would you refuse to fight because you hate fighting the monster that much? As for me, I'm gonna have to go with giant rats, cows and hellhounds. I do like fighting all sorts of monsters, including weak ones like Al-kharid warriors and barbarians in Barabian Village. But those monsters I mentioned give me NOTHING, nothing at all. I could make something out of what the cow drop and cook the meat. But is it really worth fighting for that? No it isn't. Also, I will admit that the hard clue scrolls from hellhounds are worth it, but I want to be able to get something useful while hunting for these clues, which I can easily do with greater demons, red dragons, steel dragons and nechyreals, so not worth fighting hellhounds for them. So yeah, you got the point of this thread, now answer the question.

Well, the reason I asked for help is because I found NO information about the slippery log on the Jatizso mine page on the RuneScape Wiki. But oh man, do I really need to do ALL OF THAT in order to get the boots needed? Oh, man. I don't think I am willing to do it, I'd have to put so much pressure on myself, which would ruin the fun of the game. And since I play the game for fun, screw these boots. Not a big loss anyway, the fact that nine adamant rocks already are in the mines is good enough for me. Thanks for the help, guys.

I love the Jatizso mine, it's the best place to mine adamantite ore, as well as mithril and iron. Though I use the spot between the guilt of legends and Ardougne the times I only want iron ores. Anyway, this is a great place. But there is one spot in there I can't reach, and that's the spot that's the other side of slippery log. I'm told I need a special boots to get there, but I have no idea what that is, and how I can get it, can someone tell me more about it?

Come to think of it, the rewards really weren't anything special. I do remember getting 21 noted mithril ores once. But most of the times I found myself not wanting any of the stuff that was offered to me. So yeah, you got me there the rewards were for the most part junk. But I still find The Mysetrious Old Man to be funny, you can't change that about me.

Ok, here comes another question. Can anyone honestly say we didn't earn the rewards we got from the random events back then? You had to pay attention to the maze and make sure you get to the end of it. You had to pay close attention to what the people looked like to find the real evil twin. Not to mention you had to use the CORRECT emote at the Mime, and that was a challenge as I confused them all the time. So yeah, I don't think anything you got from the random events wasn't earned.

Well, I made a whole video on YouTube explaining what my favorite monsters to fight are. But my number one is steel dragons hands down. I get a lot of money, and I mean a lot for every 100 kills. So killing them is worth it for sure. How? By using high alchemy on the rune javelins, rune full helms and rune maces of course. And sell these blood and soul runes.

To be fair I can see how it's an inconvenience. If you screw up, you were sent FAR away from where you were, so you had to go back there all over again. I know why the random events were removed, I still miss them a lot and am thinking about them. The Mysterious Old Man was so funny.

Ah, the memories. I love it when I was fighting monsters and then all of a sudden I was sent to a maze, and got some great stuff by the end of the maze. I also loved going to the dumbest quiz show that exists. And catching the evil twin, so great. I even miss a lot of the random events that were part of the game further back like the rock golem and the watchman. Nowadays there are no random events. In fact you get two items once a day by basically doing nothing. As neat as it is, I really miss the times you earned these items by doing random events right. It wasn't hard, but you still had to earn it. Does anyone else miss these? I know I do.
