I know a few of you tip.it'ers are from the Pacific North-west. That means I'm not the only one feeling the effects of a nasty storm that came our way yesterday. For those of you who aren't from BC or the Seattle area, here's the deal: Record Rains Drenches BC -ctv.ca- This cancels my trip this weekend as the road from Port Alberni to Bamfield has been completely washed out. Plus, even if it hadn't been completely rained out the predicted storm on Sunday would have finished it off and I'd have been stuck there. : It's not a big deal for me if we were stuck there, but I guess it's not on the top of the list for the rest of the group... We're planning to reschedule, but not until the spring. :wall: This means I'll be home for the next 4 days with nothign to do but... nothing? That nothing will be replaced by Runescape. I should be able to cap off 99 fletching if I do it right. I'm also going to try and start working on the last 10-15m needed to trade up to a Red Partyhat. :3> Jimmy

11m Experience I didn't get near as much done today as I had planned. I was hoping to get close to 11.5m exp today, but because last night I was watching movies til quite early in the morning I slept until 1pm.. I have only 5k yew logs left to cut and I've so far strung 4k. Tomorrow I think I'll be able to finish off the logs and get ready for the little bit of stringing I'll be able to do on Wednesday. Getting 99 by Wednesday is out of the question as I now see it. Thursday, I've already said, I'll be leaving for a couple days. Although, since next Monday is a Non-instructional Day I may be able to get it then. I doubt that there will be a drop party or really much of a party at all. Hmm... fun. That reminds me, I've also bought 12.5k nats to alch with, although I'm thinking of selling 7k of them because it's only 4.9k alchs until I'm level 90 magic. Jimmy

I haven't the slightest idear. Kent B. It's you! : Level 97 Fletching Knocked off another level... Getting to 1m experience until level 98 before I finish the night. That also mean only 7k logs to cut until I can string again! :mrgreen: Cutting has been pretty boring, but it has also been kind of relaxing. I've been able to catch up on some homework from my sick days, and I've also had some pretty good conversations. When I'm done with the cutting I'll start to make the decend into chat seclusion so I can get that 250k+ experience an hour back. I've also been checking my MTK daily. I'll pst a seed count when I get 99 fletching. I'll try and get 99 by Wednesday night because on Thursday I leave for a 5 day Marine Biology workshop up island. : Later! Jimmy

Level 96 Fletching 10 Million Experience Level 71 Firemaking This was from the past 2 days. As I'm writing this I'm 30k from level 97 fletching, but I figured I shoul make a seperate post of these things. I met quite a few interesting people in the Edge bank today. Had some nasty spirited talks with some 'RC' pkers, met a couple 'strnug-out' mods that seemed very glad to be done with stringing and were back cutting up them logs. Raised my first cat too. Working on #2 atm as well. I'm thinking of alternating white ---> black cats and see how many I can raise. I also did a little window shoopping as I hit the 2 hour cutting pangs. Until next hour... Goodluck. I kind of liked getting 99 cooking because I was able to watch TV or read or something like that nearly the whole time. As I had in my last blog, stringing is efficient, but it kills me... :

Supplies Today I decided to go and buy the materials needed for getting to 99 fletching. I loaded up on yews, strings, my MTK Coffers... I dawned my Partyhat and started. A, seemingly, very long hour or so later I finished with this for day 1. I put 3,500k into the coffer at MTK because I belive that is about how long it'll take me to finish off level 99. I put 100% on Maples and 50% on Flax. I'm planning on burning the (est.) 26k maples which will get me to level 87 firemaking. I'll sell the flax and some of the seeds to recover my 'losses' and I'll re-enter the money. I haven't decided if I'll buy the natures to alch them or make them myself yet, but I'm sure I'll figure it out soon eough... FYI: I've sold my guthans, whip and whatnot so I can do this goal (which means limited, if any barrows). I did finish with having 18.5m cash before buying and spending it away... One of the little goals that I have is to be getting 1750 total level at 100 combat. After I get 75-80 construction that'd be a big chunk of the levels left out of the way. So, after I get a few more milllion under my belt I'll start skilling. Crafting, smithing, mining, magic you name it. I'll train it. :thumbsup:

Rob514-Met him in rsc and we were good friends until about 8 months ago, he stopped logging in. Muggi, because of your guide and absolute dominance of fight caves. Bigairbiker-I am certain that no one here has heard of him, but he is a f2p friend of mine since '02 and he is rich beyond my comprehension. Has very little as far as stats go, but he has some riches banked away and I used to go to school with him before we both moved away. :XD: Fhaz-Met in f2p doing a partyhat slideshow... he was one of my first not sub-90 combat friends... :-s Lost contact with him somehow. But he made me want to be rich, atleast a little bit...

Level 40 Construction I finally decided to drop the whole 30-construction-with-only-genies bit and train it. So, I took out ~500 planks (made by myself) and got a few levels. Currenty I'm back at barrows for the next couple days so I can spend a few mil on it next week. (Going for 75-80 for the first little stint.) Jimmy

I came withing ~1.5k from the 25k nats. So, I made 23.5k but then I sold them and moved on to other things. And thanks to everyone else for posting. Ddr, you have close to over 2x my runecrafting experience... that should count for an extra 74 levels? Gratz on 1650 TL! : Tonight I won't be doing too much, maybe going back to barrows.

Level 81 Attack Level 79 Strength Level 77 Woodcutting Here's the past two days of progress. No barrows done, but I did sell some stuff, buy a Dragon Axe and I've begun to cut the 19k oaks that I'll need from level 30 cinstruction to get level 75. I've cut 1k so far and I'm in the process of planking them. I also did a couple slayer tasks. They were 165 Bloodvelds and 10 Steel Dragons. Tomorrow, if I get on, I'll spend some time at barrows and try to get a few more trips in. I also spent some time with Unbeaten__1 at castlewars. Both. Both P-Mods and Jagex have the same mindset to the game and it's rules. They want to enfoce the rules so that the game is fair and fun for the majority of people. So, they are both tools of Jagex, but tools that choose to be so. (FYI: I'm using 'tools' lightly there. Not like they're getting played or anything but simply as a way in which Jagex is able to get help from a valuable resource.)

Level 81 Defence & 100 Combat Barrows Trip #3 - 6 Runs Today was alright. Had to stay home because I was sick, but I managed to cach up on a bunch of some of my 'international' friends that came to my school last year. Got a level today, a couple barrows items, and I'm starting to spend a little time at Pest Control in hopes of level 80 strength. I've found that with a cyrstal bow and the prayer combines to work pretty well. Tomorrow, I'll be swamped with my missed h/w from today, tomorrows h/w and some soccer. Might get on to get level 81 attack and 79 strength though. (~15k to 81 attack and not too many points from 79 strength.) Till later! Jimmy

Glad I could help you a little. : Look like you have a pretty sensible goal too. Best of luck on getting level 70+ fletching. When I satrted fletching I only wanted to get level 70, but I got a little caught up in the money that it made and ended up getting to level 85 before I got bored of it. Might turn out to be the same thing for you. PS: I like blogs with a lot of pictures. :thumbsup: Keep it up.

Yes Wurm, I've learnt of the way of the cookie well. :pray: All thanks to you ofcourse. : And yeah, that means I won't be wearing my hat as often. But it's actively collecting dust which makes me proud that something can be using it. Well, I've posted a bank pic tonight and I've also added in my second barrows trip. All of my barrows items are/will be lined up (starting with the half key and (currently) ending with the Karils Coif, which I got before I decided to start posting a blog). Yeah, the smaller writing sure does look neater and it's easier to read. And the bank pic has been a coming thing for about 3 weeks now... :oops: I just haven't been able to find the time to clean it up a bit more and organize it. Yeah, I've got a Green banked already and if I sold all of my barrows equipment I'd have ~18m cash. That's still a good 12m away but I'm going to try and keep the barriws stuff, so I have about 30m to go. Thanks for the replies and encouragement. :

Introduction Well, as it seems it has become time for me to create a new, better cleaner blog. This one will focus on mostly monetary goals with a hint of magic and a dash of skill. In my last blog I accomplished 99 cooking, 95 fletching, and managed to work my way up to 1550+ skill total and snatch myself a Green Partyhat. With this one I hope to get 99 fletching, 94 magic, 1600 skill total, and at least a Red Partyhat. A Little About Me I started playing Runescape Classic in late (Sept./Oct.) 2001 and did very little with the game. Played a bit on/off but took a break in '02 until about 2 months before the release of Runescape. When I started playing again I didn't do too much (again) but I did take advantage of the rune essence mines the first week and managed to buy a Santa for 300k before I quite yet again. Then in the summer of '05 I came back and I'm still here. I didn't do too much until a couple months after the release of barrows. Barrows is my calling if you haven't heard... I took full advantage of it after reading a superb guide written by Leesters and within only 2 months I had made over 140m from that little place. Well, as it seems I came into enough money to buy a Yellow Partyhat. And in my last blog I was able to trade up to a Green Partyhat. After I got the Green I decided to do a little skilling to get back on my feet. I fletched from level 87-95 in a few days and then moved on to cooking. Cooking was easy and didn't interfere with most of the work that fletching got in the way of (Homework/studying/messaging etc.) and in a couple weeks I had reached 99. I reached 99 the day after cooking capes came out and I've been wearing mine pretty much every since. And that brings us to this blog... Starting Stats Current Stats Bank This is a culmination of all that I've done the past few months. I know I don't have the most materials in the world, but the bank that I have does the job I need it too. I have the barrows equipment there, some cash, a stylish hat, some runes and a lot of extra space... I'm set. Goals -Red Partyhat -1600 Total Level -Done- -Level 94 Magic -Level 99 Fletching -15m exp. Cooking -Level 30 Construction via Genies (Level 27 w/ genies. Oak from there.) Barrows This is the current set-up that I use. I started doing this again on Oct. 29th and have enough supplies and cash to keep me going on for a looong time. Being my favourite past time of RS, I'll be living there a bit. As you can see I've got the power of Guthans on my side, he's never failed me yet and probably never will. : I usually start out on Arhim, range him and move onto Verac, Dharok, Guthan, Karil and then Torag (<-- All with magic dart). I'm like praying because I'm not really a risk-taker and would rather spend 15 prayer points than risk eating and shortening my trip. One of my little goals I've had at barrows for a while is to get level 90 Magic there. I hope this goes down pretty soon. As you'll also see, I'm pretty conservative with the runs per day I do. That's mostly because I'm pretty busy with school, work, sports and all the daily joys of being a teen in the Pacific North-west.
