Level 95 Cooking This level made possible by sickness. This morning I woke up to get ready for school and simply stayed in bed (after a couple advil ofcourse) because of a little flu (headache, throat, chest etc.) When I was good enough to start doing stuff I logged in, sol dmy cooked, bought some raws, and cooked to my hearts delight. Well, turns out my hearts delight was set at 3.5k sharks and level 95. I just finished up that and now I'm going back to bed. Hopefully tomorrow I won't get to work on level 96 because that means I'll be back to being a healthy bugger. Plus, catching up on physics lessons sucks! Jimmy

40m Overall Experience & 8m Cooking Exp. Well, 4/5ths of the way done my overall experince goal of 50m. As you can see, by the time I get 99 cooking, fletching and 90 mage I should have the 50m exp done. Today's only a short little write-up as I really have nothing to add... As soon as I get back from school tomorrow I'll open up world 99, get cooking and then start working on the reformat. Level 94 Cooking Got another level today. This is rather the best level I've got in a while... no more burnts for me. I'd liek to thank Lalala7324 for congratingme in the pic. Tmorrow I'll most likely not play as I'll be swamped with work and h/w (on thanksgiving mind you! ) But I'll be back on Tuesday with some more to add. Later. Jimmy

Level 93 Cooking This came after a couple days of being too busy to play. I've come to relize that as long as I have sharks to cook, the experience just flies by. I may have to change up my "goal" a bit because the way cooking is going, I want fletching to go. So, that means I'm considering just buying cheap (probably autoer obtained) yew logs and just sit in edge bank for a few weeks to get 99 fletching. The plan will level itself out when it comes closer too. Jimmy

As you all may know, I want a Red Partyhat. I also want a couple 99's and you may have heard a peep about trying to get 1k self-burnt sharks. Well, the time is coming to where I will have to "batten down the hatches" and get some of them done. I have been able to get one of them done tonight and that is 1,000 self-burnt sharks. It's not outrageous or anything, but I'm kind of proud of it. 1,000+ Self-burnt Sharks As you may be able to see (Not sure how horrible some of your eyes may be : ) I've also included some cooking & fletching supplies, nature runes, essence, some cash and the symbolic "giant" pouch. I'll clue you in to what they all will equal... The cooking and fletching supplies are wht will be aiding me in getting level 99 in both fletching and cooking. Cooking will come first because the money from fletchign will go towards the purchase of 100k pure essence. The essence will then be turned into natures via the abyss (will get level 80 runecrafting in the process), which will then become cash in my pocket(Roughly 33m). The cash (combined with my super duper awesome Green Partyhat) will become a Red Partyhat. ^^This is my game plan at the moment. I'm not too sure if I'll be able to stick to it completely, but I'll try and stick as close to it as I can. If all goes to plan then I'll have 40m which I hope will still be enough to add to a green for a red in a couple months time. So... come cheer me on when I'm on and I'll be grateful (not too much but atleast a little because it IS only a game :thumbsup: ) I am also contemplating on whether to have a little drop party for when I reach 99 fletching. I do have some clue stuff that I can't seem tog et rid of. If I come to decide that I will be having one I'll post up some more information when I'm in level 98 fletching. : As I've said before, this blog will be getting a makeover soon. I'm a little busy wiht some school stuff now, but on the weekend I might be able to spend sometime in notepad working it all out. Level 92 Cooking Level 23 Construction Tonight was a pretty easy night. I cooked just over 1k sharks while writing a biology lab (that I was away for and yet still have to write it up... :roll: ) and in that time these levels came within 1 minute of eachother. I'm glad I was able to slip in the "Level 92 Coooking!" in time because it really snuck up on me. I obviously got the construction level on a genie... which is exactly how I've gained every single experience in that skill. I'm also nearing 1k burnt sharks. I have about 990 atm and only seem to burn 1 every 3-4 loads, which I'm impressed with. Until I get another level or find time to reformat this topic, see yah! Level 91 Cooking Another level in the books. Tomorrow, I should be able to get level 92 (I have up to level 93 banked) I also sould be able to get 1k burnt sharks. I'm at about 920 now and am averaging just under 1/load. Getting the sharks today was easy peasy. I was able to sell my cooked to a merch for my standard price of 900ea. As soon as I sold I checked the forums for raw sellers and someone happened to be in my world with 20k, so off I went and bought the 5k I could afford. It's nice to see some TIF'ers there too as I saw a few people there cooking today. Jimmy (I think that a Blog reformat is going to be coming up for me... I'll be working on it the next couple days to see what it can turn out like. It'll include some archived levels, events, etc. So, that's something to look forward to in the next while. : )

Level 90 Cooking Level 70 Firemaking Today was a good day... I was able to trade 5k cooked sharks for 5k raws in one trade which was a sign of the day to come. I got the level 90 and kind of got lost in a movie. I was able to break free long enough to burn the remaining maples I had in the bank to get level 70 firemaking. I have enough sharks to get 91 cooking (and maybe even 900 burnt sharks : ) I won't be doing anymore cooking tonight, but tomorrow I'll be in world 99 Rogues Den so drop by and say, "Hi" or if you feel like you want to take up on an offer, feel free to trade me some raw sharkies for some nice warm ones. Thanks to the couple of you for keeping me bumped up these past couple weeks. I have been quite busy as of late. To start off, I bought myself a new computer (which kicks wagon), started up school not all that long ago, playing on 2 soccer teams, working, joined student council, and to top it off I joined some global awareness group to use up what free time I have left. All of this combines to limit my runescaping to about 3-4 hours a week. It's not all that bad because I've taken up cooking (as you'll soon see) and that requires minimal attention which can let me do my homework or talk with my group members. As I've said I am doing a little bit of cooking lately in hopes of getting 99 fletching and cooking within a couple minutes of each other. I'm cooking sharks the whole way and whatever burnts I get will be graciously donated to the ultimate shark collector, Zoidnerd. Only up to 700 now, but I'm also only 89 cooking. Pictures! Level 87, 88, and 89 Cooking! As a final little note I'd like it to be known that I will be trading cooked sharks for raws in the coming couple weeks. Just drop me a PM and meet me in world 99 Rogues Den when I'm on. Only have about 5k sharks to deal with atm though. I should be getting another 3k when I finish with some fletching materials. I consider myself a veteran barrower. And it has been my main source of income as well. I've made over 140m from it and wasn't stingy on using prayer pots either. I pray on all brothers (including verac. People don't relize that not all of his hits are because of the spec. You could save yourslef 1-2 sharks a fight with prayer on. That spells another go with him from past experience.) I use Arhims/magic dart and have an obby shield, a whip, black dhide top, crystal bow, death & mind runes, spade, ectophial, a holy wrench, 8 prayer pots and the rest monkfish (or sharks.) I use about 1.5 pots per run (including recharge when I come out of the tunnel) I've spend all of my money on a Green Parthat, but after 1-2 more drops I'll be using guthans, which would eliminate all but 2-3 food and make atleast twice as many runs as before. I get mid-low 20's as a KC because I make about 5-30k profit off each run I've found. I haven't tried doing it without prayer pots because I'm a little bit of a pansy, but I don't mind that. : Best of luck giving it a try and remember to get a healthy KC because many dryspells can put a person out of business. When I don't get an item after 10 runs I slip my KC up to the 40's to make a very good profit. Last time it was soemthing like a 30 run dry spell, but with a really good 40+ KC I was made over 3.5m WITHOUT a drop. Goodluck. :

And that's about the only good update. Rares have inflated so much that blue phats now cost 500m and whips have crashed to less than 2m. Runescape = not any better Ofcourse Rs is better. I don;t get why people complain about the community all this much. It's like you guys go searching for these people. I've barely had any run-ins with these wads that you all describe. RS is pretty much the same as before, only more quests, towns, (a new fish) a skill or two, and Partyhats and other rares are doing well. For those that have them anyway... I had bought a Green Partyhat for 170m a month back and it's now about 200m. So, good call on getting your Blue mask before you quit and best of luck PKing. Oh, and their are some new kickin' prayers that can aid you in your pking conquest. :thumbsup: Welcome back and have fun.

I too find it a little bit hard to tell the distinct differences between some of the countries. Although, I am learning and getting better at guessing who's from where because of the make-up of my school. We only have about 500 local students (HS btw), but we get about 300 students from international programs each year. The majority of the students are from Korea, Japan, China and Germany. All of the international students understand that us local kids get their coutries wrong sometimes and they try to help us out. So, for the time being I have a little trouble distiguishing faces to countries...

Nice man, Coquitlam here. Nice. I used to live in Coquitlam for several years, but I moved over to the island a couple summers ago. Everything's better on the island. I live like 2 minutes off the ferry in Swartz Bay. :thumbsup: And I'm a softcore Canucks fan. I even have a couple stories about past canucks. For instance... on the long weekend I met Matt Cooke while boating at Poets Cove. After a night of partying he was pretty cool and would talk to me and a frind of mine. My buddy got his shirt signed by him too. If I didn't have on my black Man U jersey I would've too. :

There are a couple ambitions of mine. The thing that seems to be messing mine up is money and other ambitions. My number one ambition is to become a dentist. I know I have the smarts to be able to get into the programs when the time comes, but at the University of British Columbia (the #1 university on my list) it costs about $45,000 a year in fees. I know that my parents wouldn't be able to help much in the payments, the most I'd be able to pull in would be about $2000 a month, and I don't want to fall into a debt if I somehow fail in my studies. I'm sure over the next couple years I'll be able to sort it all out and see everything clearer. Some other little dreams I have is to go (cliche eh?) backpacking in Europe and in Africa (I have some friends in South Africa, France, Portugal and Egypt through my connections :wink: ) with some friends. And an even shorter term dream of mine is to buy a '03 Ford Ranger by Feb. 1st. I'm 16 and have about $8k saved up through hardwork and chores. Only a few months more and I'll be able to knock this one off my books. :thumbsup: I also found this thread a real good topic to post. Creds to issy2 for making it. :

I'm too shy to ask someone out. It seems whatever people say to me about it, it doesn't sink in and I'd still be too shy. I'm sure I'll get over it in time, but at the moment it kind of gets on my nerves. As for rejections... It seems whatever girl that does like me (and I somehow learn through the grapevines of highschool culture) I'm not attracted to. Most recently I've had to tell a girl atleast eight or nine times over the past year that I'm not interested in her, yet she seems kind of stubborn about it. I've had some friends tell em to be harsh once and she'll leave me alone, but being shy that's not exactly the Jim I know...

Thoruhg my experience at 100% approval and maple you get exactly 892 maples per day. 892 x 365 (+1 on a leap year :wink: ) you'd get 317.5k maples which would equate to 3175 nests. Dang! That's a lot of seeds. That's some pretty good results even with having the approval drop quite a bit like it did. BTW Goodluck on becoming the best rs skiller. :

I agree with what Bubsa said. Sure he was an amazing driver, but his dirty tactics both me and my dad don't like. I do like watching Schumi vs. Villeneuve though. They always seemed to have it in for each other... And personally NASCAR is the way to go. There is more emphasis on the driver rather than the car. With Montoya and Paul Tracy trying to get in I know I'll enjoy the Nextel Cup more, especially with being able to cheer on a different driver than Jr. (Canadian/NASCAR/Tracy ftw? Because we all know IRL is dead...)

Being an atheist it doesn't apply to me. Even if I were to have grown up with a religous background I don't think I would. I personally don't see the logic in living your life conservatively just for the possibility of having another. Carpe diem anybody? Dieing for my counrty and my beliefs of freedom and equality and whatnot wouldn't be first on the list for me either, although it could possibly happen because I'm willing to fight for my country and the beliefs it beholds (Canada fyi...) If I happen to die during the fight for my rights then so be it. I'd want whats best for the people I know and love so if it comes to a fight with the very real possibility of death, I'd definitely fly at the chance.

While doing one of my many many barrows runs, I've come across many dpiles. The best one was an arhim hood, bottom, glory, RoW, and about 700k in runes, noted prayer pots and sharks. and because I'm sure someone will bring it up about "you should return their stuff, they did work hard for it" I'm just going to let my opinion be known. Tough luck! Only half of the Golden Rule is ever followed, so I might as well take advantage of the road coming to me.

I found an awesome deal on some emeralds... Yah, that's about all I've found. :P
