  1. I thought he needed to be a bit more agressive. :shock:
  2. My bet would be a heck of a load of blood blitz's and possibly a lot of attempts.
  3. Well my most recent unit of work at college has been on the subject of lighting. I have enjoyed it quite a lot and ive also learned a fair bit in the process. So, i have chosen some of the best shots i took and here they are: That last shot is my favourite. :wink: Anyway, my next theme of work will be travel so that should be interesting and if i get some good feedback i will probably keep you updated.
  4. Both shots have what it takes to be called good, but they both suffer from problems. The first shot is quite a nice concept but i think the phone looks a little out of place and also the white balance is off. The second photo is better technically but as gswyrm said its a bit cliche. But that doesnt stop me from liking it.. :oops:
  5. Alright i will stick with the shot i posted. :P
  6. Nice, but if you think you're onto a winner then i may have to pull out the big guns! I.e my new lens and my bedroom fan! :oops:
  7. Well i found a super duper cool flashy blue green and red stobe light thingy. I put it to use along with an old glass in my garage and this is the result, definitely one of my best still life shots yet;
  8. Personally i think there is normally more effort involved in travelling somewhere to take a good landscape shot than there is when taking a still life shot indoors, even if the landscape shot is easier to take. So unless those amazing mountains in your back garden, i wouldnt put that shot down so much. :P
  9. The first two are well shot but somewhat boring. The landscape shot is really very nice though. :)
  10. I will probably be able to whip something up. :)
  11. As people have already said the first shot is somewhat grainy and bland. However, the second shot is really good. Its perfectly shot and i love the detail. Great job overall. :)
  12. The first photo is well taken, technically good but quite boring subjet matter. The second and third are well composed but having being taken facing directly into the sunlight the glare kind of ruins them. :( I think you definately have the potential for a good shot with all of them, you just need to work on those problems. :wink:
  13. Hmm, fake apple, shiney table, chair background? :lol:
  14. Sure, go ahead, btw if you need a higher res version then i can provide. :) EDIT: btw, make sure you post or pm me the finished result, i would be interested to see what you come up with.
  15. Worcester cathedral, a very impressive place actually. :)
