That palete is awful... here.. I yoinked terly's for you and popped in some shadeing... Just a quick job, only took about 10 mins so its not that good... just shows what you can do with a good palete though... Also i think that you need to change where you are placeing your highlights... I think the middle not the edge of the nose should be highlighted...

Wow, i think your improoveing quite fast doing these mate! The monkey is on par with anything I have seen on these whole forums good work! =D> One thing i couldn't get with the monkey piece was wether the thing in the bottom rh corner was a hand or a muffin... #-o If you have time and feel like making another on top of the requests you have- I would mind having a matching female for my avatar... Still in a top hat though :P

Mega your skin tone is pretty much 1 color from what i see.. I would try and use some highlights like terly normally does with his faces... :thumbsup: still looks pretty nice though

ah, hmm i see... These were my origanal colors... but they were way to bright without darker outlines...

Mmk, so mean use a lighter color for the skin tones... right?? At least i think thats what I should do when its saturated

Just posting this to show my new work... I did use DementedHero's nice tutorial for the stones... (just a note- I wanted the stones to look disjoined and like a sloppy made wall- I think i managed it) Its just really a fun piece for the game i am designing.... I don't really want to say anymore cause that will just give it all away.. :-w few things I am going to change- All the colors to a darker tone eventually Redo the guys arm, looks terrible imo.. Make the helm more metal and look like a divers helm Pickaxe to more a metal tone on the metal part :roll: Finish both pillars...

For the first point- Sure I can understand that. If you see these as just fun pieces that you like to do then by all means go ahead and do them all you want. For the second- Jeesh don't leave again. I think 90% of the people here enjoy your work and like to have you around giving C\C. For myself, ugg... its difficult for me to give you what you want... Do you want C\C on everything? Are you going to use it if I spend 30 minutes typeing everything I see? Should I just sit back and watch your work since I know that your piece will come out looking the same if I C\C'ed or not...? People will always post fluf like "omg cool" or "looks wierd"... Tell people what kind of C\C you are looking for and i'm sure people will try and give that to you... Cmon though don't leave again :uhh:

True, weird isn't the most descriptive word ever, but if he had gone and said something like "I think that the dragon looks a odd around the head, it seems too squished and square to aline well with the large wings" Would you have gone and changed it? No, I don't think so. Just like how someone posted a picture of lava above and how it normally looks and you ignored that... You can't please everyone, and thats perfectly understandable... but from what I have seen, you have a habit of looking at suggestions-C\C and ignoring it. What type of C\C do you want? Just C\C on the pixelation and not on opinions on how people think it could be improved?

I really don't, wierd is a quality that is fine by me. Done. I don't think you're going to go very far with that attitude... someday you're gonna run up against somone who says "Make me artwork this way... I don't give a waffle about your style this is how it needs to be done." At that point you are either going to turn down the job and preserve your individual style... or you are going to have to start working towards what some people might prefer in the artwork you are making for them. Your colors and shadeing are awsome and you obviously have a ton of skill in pixeling, I guess with that much talent you just don't care what others think of your art... :?

um.... have you ever used a shield... its completely natural when its strapped to the weak arm... Anyway, except for a few anatomy problems i think it looks real nice... one thing i would change is the upper rh of the guys head... it looks a bit odd
