  1. Nice idea, i'll deffinantly put my name down when all the christmas festivities die down, not the best time to start it woopi  A pixel artist could great a sprite or small pixel character that could be used by an abstract artist to create a sprite sig, could be interesting.
  2. Rofl that looks nothing remotely like a kangaroo, have you ever seen one? Looks more like a mouse with wings and a huge tail.
  3. Love is where you have feelings for someone and you will be happy to do anything for them, and see them around all the time. If you have disagreements you will come to a conclusion that benefits both parties and you wont hold grudges. Love is hard to explain

Sure, there has to be some sort of life somewhere in the universe, it is ridiculous to think that we are the only examples when you consider how massively huge the whole of the universe is. Whether we'll ever find them, let alone manage to communicate/meet up somewhere is another problem, again due to the size of the universe. What you said about them being similar would probably be true, i agree with that. RM
  5. Awesome work once again, your improving very quickly. Only problem i have with it is the waterline, there should be some darker sand near the water, and a slight incline out of it would be good too. If you scroll down so ure only looking at the bottom half it looks quite peaceful, add some more red or something, maybe some craters in the foreground :P A great peice, RM
  6. ^^ exactly, the mouth looks yuck as. The scene of Karamaja certainly is beautiful. 8-)
  7. Very nice update, i love how u can tell he's thinking "omg u nubcake what have u done now" or "how pathetic"' Only crit is his mouth, it looks too thin, as if he's eaten something sour recently. Nice shading, good luck with the rest of it
  8. Nice linework, i thnk the skirt looks fine personally, although it looks transparent with the lines on the inside  Whats the little animal ssitting on? looks like a mini rocket or something... And your arrow is bent, doesn't look striaght where it goes through her hand.
  9. Lookin nice, very festive, we're just escorting softwarewiz off to the firing squad for his comment on japanese culture, excuse us. Bang. The colour suits it well, although there could be a bit more blending of the render into the bg. Add some more snow flakes aswell. I'm not a fan of the pitch black on the right, if you are going to do that, make it fade subtly to black, not abruptly. RM
  10. I'm downloading atm, i've always admired nad's peices, so i'll keep you posted on my progress. Having no idea what so ever of what it's like this is gonna be fun :anxious:
  11. Very nice work my friend! Only one crit - the clouds. They don't look natural, they looked brushed over the top and not natural, they don't flow with the surroundings. Awesome peice though, well worth the effort  RM You gonna post it along with some of ure latest works on GU?
  12. haha a little bit of an exageration there, but my family is getting a 24" monitor for the new family computer lol, don't ask me why, dad's got some deal or something going on, i'm not complaining :D Na my resolution's 1900x1200, so thats 1 and a half times, plus widescreen :  Thats the only problem with widescreens, it's hard to find a wallpaper to fit.
  13. i'm 6 foot at 15, my projected height is like 6 foot 4 or 5 though. 6'8" is nuts
  14. awesome peice LP, use use those swilry broken line (brushes?) in pretty much every peice you do :P . I'd use it as a bg, but considering that my resolution is twice as large as the peice, i'll have to pass
  15. Awesome stuff, well dithered, although his face/mouth area looks a tad weird.
  16. pretty much, it'l be in word and everything that has a fonts list. Sometimes it doesn't load in ps straight away for me, opening it in word first sometimes does the trick.
  17. Nice idea, my highest rank is: 23,863 for lvl 59 con lowest is: 565,317 for 65 woodcutting (autoers anyone?)
  18. nope, all fonts go to c:/WINDOWS/fonts no matter what the program. Hope that helps :
  19. thats exactly what i was thinkin lol, great minds think alike eh?
  20. haha thats pretty cool, interesting idea. Is it mreant to represent anything?
  21. I've never met someone on here who lives close by, but i'm really good friends with videl200 irl who posts in the gallery occasionally. Headshot007111 lives quite close to me too, but i met him on rs and i've never seen him irl (to my knowledge :-k ) We should have a post of posting you suburb/city whatever to find out :P
  22. 3dsm would have the most tuts out of the two, but i'd go with c4d. Have it myself, very easy to use, great results and heaps of tuts. Join C4D Cafe for some great video tuts.
  23. Woah how did i miss this? Awesome update, you certainly have alot of comparison in the surroundings of where you live, from the derelict and dirty industrial area to the peaceful surroundings of the countryside and the rivers. I particularly like the graffiti shots, the close-up ones in particular look great, aswell as the long shot of the side of the building. The factory shots have a very grungy feel to them, and look fantastic, the one with the table overturned has great lighting, it's crazy none of these have been photoshopped  Not too fond of the sea shots, they're a bit bland, but the clouds in a couple of them are hot, i like the pic of the timber posts (fence?) aswell. I might knock up a few manips, we'll see. [Offtopic] Guess who's camera got busted the first day of my holidays to our beach house... There was a tiny crack in the screen that i didn't notice, went into the surf with it, came out, it was fine. Picked it up 1/2 an hour later and the screen was stuffed, it's gonna cost 200 bucks to repair because of the waterproofing :x Looking forward to more of ure shots, RM
  24. Assault Marine with jetpack: Normal Tactical Marine: Hopes that clears things up (got them from google, my painting is alright, but not that good:lol:). Might wanna fix up proportions based on the model  You mean Dawn of War: Dark Crusade? thats the latest game, just finished it as the eldar today, awesome game.
  25. nice idea metroid, i'll enter this one: Lol it's my latest, but doesn't feel like it, havn't made one for yonks, i should.
