Hmmmm sounds more like something saradomin would do. Guthix however should not shun the evil straight away, the whole essence of balance is to maintain it, I'm sure the portals' presence does not necessarily harm the balance of good and evil. However if the forces of evil were to do something to harm the force of good then guthix would have every right to condemn the evil. I dont like it when things that are meant to balance things clearly take sides.

maybe jagex have beren slowly adding itmes over time this would allow them to release all these items at once with minimal slow down

but in the long run would it not be any faster?

I was wondering, at the higher levels would it be quicker to train on an extremely low level monster such as a chicken where there are LOTS crammed into one area so you almost never stop fighting and you almost always get one hit kills or would it be faster to train on something more challenging that takes longer to kill (with the element of item drops aside of course) What do you think?
