Higher status amongst "newer" players. They will be more liable to do deals with you, than with others, as the p-hat is also a symbol of $$$. I think P-Hat is symbol of people being clever back in the old days, and keeping them instead of dropping lol, like "meh.. blue phat -,-, i prefer have bronze plate *drop*"
