right there we go. Hopefully you guys will see what I mean, especially on the first line with the l's and k. This isn;t just in the chatbox though, all writing is like that as are the numbers on my stats page and hp in the top right etc. Oddly the yellow numbers for stackable items in my inv seem unaffected, but everything else is effected.

no in fact that is a different screenshot saved as png, no jpeg in the process. But ok I'll do what you just recommended.

still seems to have come out kinda bad as a png maybe because photobucket reduces the filesize from 1.06mb to 1.mb?

hmm I'll try saving as png then. Anyway I've changed nothing for at least a few days and I only noticed this today, pretty sure I'd have noticed it before tbh so I don't understand where it's come from.

Here's a screenshot, I haven't changed the image size so this is how the text looks in-game. The red arrows point to obvious examples. Basically parts of most letters are missing, seemingly greyed out actually. Annoyingly the image seems to have blurred but you can see the "r"'s in recharge have bits missing from them, most letters do though just it's obvious with the r.

don't see why getting prayer above 70 is a waste. It means your prayer lasts longer and p pots will give you more prayer back per dose. My prayer is 76 at the moment.

ok tyvm guys. GRR runescape froze again! I watch the amount of RAM the java 32 applet uses it goes from a steady 150mb when I first log in to over 1.5GB, when it gets over 1.5Gb it seems to lock up. I have 4GB so it's not a lack of RAM but the fact it uses more and more seems like a memory leak.

so ya think at -19 the possible extra splashes(from magic) are worth it for more defence? I safespot all melee brothers, the defence would be for ahrim mainly, since i use one dose p pot on karil and it's enough to kill him in.

so your saying use a DFS? Hmm...

Not sure which to use. Dfs obviously gives a lot of defence but it would make my mage -19 zammy god book would make it -2.

hmm yes it seems to be stuck on loading "world list data" for me. Oh wait it's working now. Ok then problem resolved. :D

ok now the main page www.runescape.com works ok but if I click to play the game it doesn't work.(no data problem)

This problem has just started this morning. I played it fine yesterday. Every other website I've tried works but when I load up runescape I get this: "Connection Interrupted The document contains no data. The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again." Any idea what's going on? :|

sadly no..otherwise you could craft hundreds of runes bar trip! :D

Well I've noticed while barrowing that your defence level doesn't make to make a big difference. I watched a guy dressed in full veracs killing verac. He had 99 defence. I have 84 defence and was killing him using slayer dart, wearing guthans and a zammy book. Both times I was hit four times, each time for over 10hp damage. The first time I wasn't hurt once, second time I was hit twice, once for 8hp, once for 13hp. Now this could just be chance but I have also noticed this in other places. I mean verac ignores the defence given by your armour right? So logically if it's purely on defence levels shouldn't he get hit less then me? I thought defence didn't lower the enemies hit, it literally makes the enemy miss more. So why is a guy with 99(he had skillcape) defence, which takes a hell of a lot longer to get then 84 defence, gets hit more often then me on two occasions when it takes us a similiar amount of time to kill verac. Is it chance or is it 14 levels doesn't make much difference?

I often get the same task twice from duradel, currently I am on my 3rd waterfiend task in a row! I aint complaining. :D

at the moment I wield my zammy book with a rune c bow. either broad or diamond(e)

Hmm why would I need 600 diamond(e)? And picking them up is no problem as I don't pray on ahrim.

I melee karil, but I find ranging ahrim works best. Would you say a crystal bow or diamond(e) would be faster? Crystal bow hits faster, diamond(e) has a chance for a high spec hit.

oh sorry I forgot my stats: att:85 str:85 def:82(currently training to....85) :thumbsup: I'm killing hellhounds atm, defender and super pots.

Just wondering which is better to weild. DFS has the str bonus and high defence where as defender has low defence but the all around offensive stats boost. Are there different times for each? I have both and basically I'm not sure what to wield while doing most of my slayer tasks(bar obvious ones like wyverns and dragons where you need DFS)

Hmm maybe. Would you say it is noticeably faster then using rune arrows or regular rune bolts? Diamond (e) bolts are excellent. As you most likely know, the special of them hits through any defense. Even when they do not hit with spec, they are the power of adamant bolts. The special activates quite often. Surely though ahrim is very limited defence to range as it is? Do they diamond bolts actually hit higher then the max of a normal addy bolt when the spec activates or what?

I bring a defender to help kill karil. I suppose I could try using my whip on ahrim but range might be faster...
