It was 28 before the new prayers came out, so I don't know what it is now :P I hit 23 @ 90 range without prayer.

If you don't plan on PKing with range, then training with a cannon is completely pointless. You should train range for HP xp, so use a bow/knives.

51 if you use summer pies, 53 with agility pots, 56 to do it natural. I recommend 56.

Thats alot of money, you can get by with magic short and ALOT of bronze arrows, if you wanna spend a little less time you could get iron or even less steel, any higher stuff starts to get alot of money, if you wanna do it fast then yes Use Crystal bow + pots, buts its going to burn a hole in your pocket. Bronze arrows are horrible XP. Cbow and pots is 60-70k xp per hour, while bronze arrows would be more like 25-30k/hr. It makes alot more sense to use cbow and pots. You can make the money back before/after you range.. It just makes so much more sense to do it my way :x

I just did it without prayer or defence. It is possible.

The ones near castlewars are cool, but the best ones are in King Lathas' training camp (must have completed Biohazard). They are in a cage, and you can choose to go in and collect your ammo or to leave it.

Ogres are great. 60 shouldn't take too long.

That would take an insane amount of time. Assuming you can craft 1.5k ess per hour (3k nats), that is 13.5k xp per hour. 91 isn't even halfway to 99, so it would take an insane amount of time to get there... You will make a profit at the W16 air company.

I don't know how you can be 'hacked'. I only go on 3 sites to do with RS, tip.It, RuneScape and my clan site. If I had a Phat, I would NEVER log out with it outside of my bank..

Baby blue dragons are good, 30xp per kill if you bury straight away.

I get hit loads with 80 defence, so unfortunately you'll get owned. Fire giants are perfect for ranging, although your range level is pretty low :x

I think the max hit is 10+(Your magic level/10). Rounded down. So if you had 50 mage, your max hit would be 15, while at 99 it would be 19.

Any range basically. It will just take longer so take a prayer pot or two. You can do mm without prayer, as I said. But it is ALOT easier with 43+ prayer. IMO the redemption prayer is useless :x BTW, the gnomes will hardly hit the demon.. at all.. they are lvl 1s :o EDIT: Just saw the DT question: Yes, as long as you have done ALL the pre-quests and have all the skill requirements you can get the ghostly robes without a problem. I haven't done temple of Ikov. Is that hard? And yes, once again, can I do temple of ikov? I've also done that quest with lvl 1 prayer/defence. :)
