  1. Lol. Your story made me laugh. That probably got your parents in trouble though. :P I've heard children ask some pretty odd things... most of the ones I can think of, I can't post here. :anxious:
  2. That's very good news. I remember when that happened. I thought they would never be seen again.
  3. My earliest memory is when I was two. I burned my finger on a candle on my mom's birthday cake. That's when I learned that fire=hot.
  4. I went to Vicksburg over the summer. (For those of you who don't know, it was the site of another civil war battle similar to Gettysburg) There was a casino there. It kinda threw me off.

Awww... I'm sorry. It's no big deal though. You can try to get some of your classes changed can't you? And remember that the school year will suck for you, if you have the preassumption that you think it's going to be bad. ^_^ Just go in there expecting the best.
  6. Anyone may meow at me! Open fire!
  7. Lol. I wish kids would meow at me. That would just make my days brighter.
  8. O.O That scares me to death... Do you... have teeth there now?

Yeah. I think they count for alot, but they don't last forever. They only last until you get to know the person.
  10. Considering most Metric conversions are either multiply by 10 or divide by 10, I think even you can do that :P O.O I did not know that.
  11. I'm a pretty fast eater. It might take me less than 10 minutes to eat lunch everyday. I wish I could slow down a bit though.
  12. I can barely use the American system of measurement... Metric would only confuse me more.
  13. I've always been scared of pulling my teeth (thank god I'm through with that point in my life). I guess the weirdest way I ever lost a tooth was the dentist pulling it out for me. :?
  14. Wow. That IS stress relief! I feel a ton of weight lifted off my shoulders! :D EXCELLENT game! :P
  15. I love little kids. ^_^ They like to follow me too, because I'm nice to them. But, I don't mind. I don't like the bratty ones though. :x

Lol. Yeah. The guy sitting in front of me was laughing throughout the entire movie. :P
  17. Well, it really depends on whether or not you have a natural ability for them. I didn't, and I played the snare in the school bad a few years ago. It was sooooooo hard for me to learn. :( I bet I couldn't play anything now. :P

I saw it the day it came out with like 15 friends. We all stood up and clapped when Samuel L. Jackson said that famous line. "THAT'S IT! I'M SICK OF THESE MUTHA****** SNAKES ON THIS MUTHA****** PLANE!"
  19. There are alot of nice people in this forum! ^_^ Except for the people making fun of Matt for getitng hit. >.>
  20. For some reason I'm really touched by that. Most people dont go out of their way to tell their parents how great they are and I think thats really cool to do so  Well, I'm 20, I'm proud of my parents and no longer ashamed of them, like every boy in its puberty would be :) I hope that if I decide to someday have children, I hope have children that are you like you. ^_^ That was a really cool thing you did. It makes me realize that maybe my parents feel underappreciated...
  21. Ah. I can see why you think that, Bubsa. I didn't even think of that when I started this thread. I'm not trying to promote myself. I figured that if someone put some thought into this thread, it would make them appreciate themselves a little more. I know that people aren't perfect, and I am by no means, a saint. It's just that awesome feeling that I got when the man thanked me, I think it would brighten everyone's day if they could recount that feeling should they've ever felt it. Thank you for your views though. If a mod sees my thread to be the same way, then they can lock it. ^_^ It's no big deal. My aim was to make everyone think a little more positively, and maybe think a little more positively of the others around here. ^_^
  22. Well, today, I had to stay after school to wait for my brother to get out of after school band practice so we could drive home together. As I was waiting outside, a man approached me with tears streaming down his face. He was absolutely frantic. He told me that he was late picking his 10 year old son up from school because he was having car trouble and that he now could not find his son anywhere. He had searched the gym, the football field, the elementary playground, he'd been all over the school searching for his son. I assured him calmly that the teachers at the elementary are very very careful when it comes to who picks up each child and that they just simply do not leave a child alone if their parents are late picking them up. I then got on my cell phone and called a friend of mine whose mom works as the secretary in the Elementary school and keeps checks on who picks up the children. She came up to talk to the man and then called a teacher she knows who makes sure all the children get home. It turns out that the teacher had taken the kid home to his mother's house (the kid's mom and dad were divorced). When the man thanked me, I felt so good having helped him out. So, I want you guys to post the nice things you have done in your life that stick out in your mind. And maybe this thread can convince some people to be a little more nice. ^_^
  23. I have a loud mouse and a computer close to my bed. I can't sleep while someone is on here clicking away. :(
  24. Thank you very much, Cameron! ^_^ You've been a big help. The problem has been resolved! \
  25. How did you go about fixing the problem?
