Slayer... It has variety and you get xp in combat and slayer (obviosuly) you get to fight monsters with nice drops and can make good profit. I love it :P

Shark at any level is good for 99 cooking. Some people say only do shark at 94 but I didn't burn THAT many shark when I was below 94. It can be expensive but when I did I actually made profit. So if you buy cheap and sell high it would be good. Thieving I would recomend Pyramid Plunder. It's fast but can be tricky to get the hang of.

It wont take too long. Just cut maples if you are p2p just north of cammy bank or cut willows outside the bank in Draynor. Buy a rune axe as soon as you can!

Guthans is 100% recomended for slayer from me. It is a life saver (literally). To get cash I would say just continue to do slayer with food but make sure you get it yourself. Save your money and do all the clues you get. If you want to do something else to speed things up I would say do some Hunting.
