ye but bros, we can just all go in my mumble server and have better voice comms with less fuzzle and no lag edit: can't connect to your server, are you sure that ip is right :DDDD or maybe you have a firewall up, or perhaps you're just not running the server atm

You can change to expansionist if you pay as much as you would've had to pay if you had been that at the start. This is 10.2m in the first budget, and that much again this time... But seeing as you couldn't have afforded 4 colonies (much less to redo your 4th colony) in the first place if you had expansionism.. consider this budget only 10 million. But keep your stuff?
