Good place to train would be on slayer tasks. Best outfit for you -> Berserker Helm, Dragon Scimitar, Best recipe for disaster gloves you can get, Climbing boots, Rune Plate Body, Rune Plate Legs, Obsidian Shield, Obby/Legend Cape, and an Amulet of Glory. I think that's all. Forgot Ring of Dueling for Tele.

Barrow the experience. Use Fire Blast/Magic Dart to kill the brothers. Then in the tombs kills Skeletons so that you get deaths from the chest. Then use the deaths to kill the brothers. This'll be kinda slow, but it's a rinse and repeat process. Or you could go down to the Mage Arena and use spells there for experience. Eventually you'll have a mage book if you get the right points. Do Pesht Control as you stated in your post. Get the max 250 points then use them all at once on Magic.

Power mine Iron. Should prolly do this in a place where two iron rox are right next to each other so that you don't have to move at all. Prolly in the Fala mine.
