also, what effect does the short range of the crossbow have on the execution of certain waves? for example, hiding in the northeast corner and a 360 spawns in the middle. crystal bow could barely reach that, can crossbow? and what about attacking jads healers?

has anyone though about blood forfeit for jad?

when i was a "pro" barrower, for a while i used to try to spawn multiple brothers because i thought it increased chances of an item...i dont think that anymore and have stopped trying to get multiple bros. but one time i managed to spawn FOUR dharoks :) luckily, since i had had every intention of spawning multiple dharoks, i already had melee prot on, or i bet i wouldve died :o

all in all id say its gotten even worse, but ones that im happy about include the "d 1k" that u mentioned, and also "zuc" is now uncensored, as in "cuz u can"

ive been trying to get fire cape on my 70 combat rune pure, and i KNOW its been done at lower levels than this, by 1 def pures. the lvl 66 did it at 1 def and had only 1 more range level than i do now. now, i get to the jad every time. ive developed very advanced conservation tactics and spots and im about as good at the cave as its possible to get. but im missing the last piece HOW THE HELL do you NOT get killed by the G :angry: DAM HEALERS at the end? they smack me 11s so fast that i can barely get in a shot against the jad before im eating again, and by the time ive messed them about such that only one is attacking me, ive got a couple doses of sara brew left if im lucky, and if jad didnt get a hit in during the confusion. now this would be UTTERLY IMPOSSIBLE with 1 def, so i KNOW im missing something. im hoping people here might know what it is? because frankly, im DEADLY PISSED at this and so sick of it. normally i enjoy a challenge, but after ive already spend 12+ hours on this with nothing to show for it except a hole in my pocket, a couple more lines on my forehead, another hole in my wall, a few years off my life expectancy, and a high blood pressure diagnosis :roll:

where is this "sol tars post"? and im fine with it being near impossible, how much on this game is actually a challenge?

ive heard rune pures (45 def) can get fire capes, im not sure if its been done yet but obviously theres some sort of idea how to do it. i need to know how because the fairly large strength bonus the fire cape provides would be a very significant pking advantage, especially in addition to my barrows gloves. so, how can you get the fire cape with 45 def? what do you bring, what do you do, and what other levels should you have? edit: im glad to hear its quite possible but that wasnt the point of the thread, i want to know HOW its possible

yes. very, VERY annoying imo. im 92 rc, and right now ppl who put in a hundredth of the effort are reaping the same rewards. kinda gets me PO'd

ill be getting 91 rc at about xmas and id like to buy some cool pixel sig of 91+ rc when i get there. are there even any rc sigs out there, lol because i dont recall seeing one ever....although i dont exactly use fansites a ton. pls post any 91 rc pixel sigs uve done here so i can see some examples for when i might wanna buy one later.

is there a way to scan any kind of dowload file for a keylogger before (or maybe after) downloading it? if there is, how? and if you can only find out after the download, would uninstalling the file remove the keylogger?
