Personally, I would bring it. I found a dragon chainmail after 782 dust devils wearing a ring of wealth. But afterall, it's all luck so... Hard to say to tell you the truth, wouldn't kill you to bring it though.

99.9% of runescape uses normal bows, crossbows are heavily under-rated, but they are actually really powerful in certain cases. All depends really, for leveling fast, cheaply normal bows are the way to go. Crossbows are for special tasks (ex: using karils x-bow for killing TzTok-Jad.)

Best way would be to wear prayer armour, something like initiate armour or the next stage up (forgot name..) and just to use protect magic all the way, you'll more then likely make up for the used ranarrs because these tend to drop a good amount of them, and you'll also find other drops to help make more cash. :

Best of luck, to you man. Me and my partner are also hunting for the elusive dragon chainbody - no luck yet unfortunately. Just curious, have you ever had to teleport out because of your inventory, I mean no offense, but it seems.. interesting. Some good advice would be to pot up before every trip at shantay pass (saves you at least 3 spaces) and try and use tablets for teleporting (saves 2 spaces there) 5 spaces can help alot because sometimes the kalphite queen hits hard.

Dragon chainbody from dust devils was my best drop. Unfortunately I was excited as heck I didn't even bother thinking about a picture. Instead I ran around the dust devil area screaming "WOOOOOOOT!" :-$

"Awesome" isn't really the word to be used here, its not that great, it's just the best we have really since there isn't much of a selection of "good" strength training weapons (excluding halberds, battle axes etc..) Hardly, Jagex does care about us. It's just there's soooo many low level players, jagex has to keep them entertained to keep them coming back, they know us high levels will be around pretty much no matter what. :-$ BTW, not too long ago they made a "High level suggestion" thread on Runescapes main forums under suggestions. I HOPE they make a new strength training weapon once Hunting comes out, and hopefully it'll be worthwhile (not something everyone can afford) and untradable! :thumbsup:
