  1. Make sure the water is flowing and the air is blowing before using the ore and coal with the furnace.
  2. A Tip.It Clan would be too much hassle and the rivalry between the RuneHq Clan would be a constant hinderance. However, I feel these forums have everything that a Clan has: Market boards, discussion forums, a gallery, chat and regular events. The Tip.It Community is it's own Clan.
  3. Why this topic is still being discussed, I don't know. To the author: The majority say don't buy it. It is a lure trying to tempt the foolish into buying it. Don't be a fool.
  4. Fletching is not a good money-maker as everyone so frustratingly keeps saying. You can make a small amount of money from it, but Smithing Steel Bars or making Cannonballs is much more profitable.
  5. No it doesn't. It's not automatic. If the author could post his Mage level then it would be easier to formulate an answer.

Some of you may remember Kelvin MacKenzie as being the Editor of The Sun newspaper from 1981 to 1993; infamously remember for the controversy over the Hillsborough Disaster. For those who don't remember him, I'm sure you'll have seen this: His heading describing how the British Navy sunk the General Belgrano which he was criticised for the title. No longer the Editor of The Sun but now he is merely a columnist. However, never one to hold back his opinions, MacKenzie has been the center of yet more controversey. In the English edition of The Sun, MacKenzie - among others - has repeatedly slandered Scotland. One of his comments include building Hadrian's Wall higher and he was known to celebrate the fact that on average Scots die younger. As MacKenzie is now facing yet more criticism, as is The Sun for waging an Anti-Scot Compaign. This comes as the BBC were criticised for having draped a car in the English flag and leaving it in Glasgow' Gallowgate, only to be trashed by 'racist' thugs. All this isin't helping the current quarrel raging at the moment over whether Scottish MPs should be allowed to vote in English matters. After being painted as a racist country by the idiot mentioned above and by the BBC, one can only wonder how long this will continue, before escalating into something else.
  7. Fermentation is completley random.
  8. 7/10 See you every now and then.
  9. I'm not sure what your first question is asking, but in answer to your second: Yes, we can get your Amulet back, just talk to the Priest (forget his name) in Lumbridge.
  10. You've did something to recharge it. Prayer doesn't recharge automatically.
  11. Be a bit more specific, what type of items?
  12. Pure essence is essentially P2p essence. It is mined in the same way as normal Ess, but in a member world. Only Pure Ess may be used to craft member's only runes. (Laws, Chaos, etc.)

I presume you believe Jagex will mistake your clicking for autoing? The answer to that is no. Sufficient evidence is always gathered before action is taken. Most autoing programs act in a particular way, or sends commands to the server, which Jagex detects.
  14. There are other places to get these items. Try Port Sarim food shop.
  15. No, there isin't. As already stated people use Guthans which heals, or they fight low levelled monsters which dont hit as often. However, Jagex are now clamping down on people who AFK train.
  16. The ship can sail to Crandor Island, as part of the Dragon Slayer quest.
  17. There are quite a few South of the Flax Fields also.
  18. The whats?
  19. There are no safe-spots and I doubt - unless you super pot- that meleeing them would be worth it.
  20. Official forums is full of these topics. No point adding to the mess. Jagex have yet to respond.

They are tradeable, there is just a decline in interest in them atm. I believe there is a Halberd Shop accessable after competing Regicide. Players normally sell Rune Hallys for 100-150k and Drag Halberds at 300k. You'll need to complete Regicide in order to equip the Drag Halberd.
