A Tip.It Clan would be too much hassle and the rivalry between the RuneHq Clan would be a constant hinderance. However, I feel these forums have everything that a Clan has: Market boards, discussion forums, a gallery, chat and regular events. The Tip.It Community is it's own Clan.

All this isin't helping the current quarrel raging at the moment over whether Scottish MPs should be allowed to vote in English matters. After being painted as a racist country by the idiot mentioned above and by the BBC, one can only wonder how long this will continue, before escalating into something else.

Pure essence is essentially P2p essence. It is mined in the same way as normal Ess, but in a member world. Only Pure Ess may be used to craft member's only runes. (Laws, Chaos, etc.)

I presume you believe Jagex will mistake your clicking for autoing? The answer to that is no. Sufficient evidence is always gathered before action is taken. Most autoing programs act in a particular way, or sends commands to the server, which Jagex detects.

No, there isin't. As already stated people use Guthans which heals, or they fight low levelled monsters which dont hit as often. However, Jagex are now clamping down on people who AFK train.

They are tradeable, there is just a decline in interest in them atm. I believe there is a Halberd Shop accessable after competing Regicide. Players normally sell Rune Hallys for 100-150k and Drag Halberds at 300k. You'll need to complete Regicide in order to equip the Drag Halberd.
