You can, but there was a big commotion about two-spaced names being banned simply because they were almost impossible to report. Many were wrongly banned for this. Like, you know, I__l_l_0oo___o or whatever. You can still make a two-spaced name but be careful in your name selection. :-$ Yeah but loads of those names would be random like asdnfjndasf or 3240943282...

I did it at 95. Toast at 107 up there. Easy quest IMO, 3/10.

I always tell people it's rain splashing on me :XD: Did you know a J-mod visited the unofficial TIF Clan Chat a few hours after it's release? It's because I'm so awesome that my channel lured the J-Mods in. \ Did you know that someone with 1 attack, 1 strength, and 99 defence would be level 27 combat. (I saw a person who had that, wasn't quite sure of HP levelthough). That's with 10 hitpoints. 1 attack, 1 strength and 60 defence is 27 combat with hitpoints as far as I'm aware. However you can get it at 26 combat with the use of Genies and Books of Knowledge.
