What? There is absolutely no problem with introducing lore, it's not that hard. They totally could do what you just said (Have a guy come out of no where and kill Arthas), it would work. They just have to build up that lore and back story through quests and eventually instances and raids. It's simply story telling, and it's really not hard to do as long as one is good at literature.

They need to start new lore at some point. They can't live off the RTS's forever. They were just lucky that they could continue lore from the original Warcraft games for 4 years. Most MMO's have to create their own lore from the ground up (Except AoC and WAR of course). I love this expansion more because the zones just seem to work better in my mind. On a side note, does the armory for work anyone else? I can only ever get it to work about 1/5 of the time I try it.

I take personal offence to this statement. Should I start saying that all music (which is an art) is good to those that lack the ear for it? (People who just happen to like pretty much all genres?) The fact is, there is no 'eye for art'. There is an eye for styles and seeing what people do inside art, but in no way, shape, or form does it mean that some people perceive all art as good simply because they don't have an advance artists knowledge. Separately, and I mean pertaining to this little debate, LP simply posted something, and although he did not asked to be critiqued, there is a large difference between being critiqued and being put down. To tell someone 'your painting sucks simply because it looks like a 5 year old did it', or 'this is way too basic' are ways to put someone down, not say something constructive about a piece of art. Think before you post: are you criticizing the artist, or the art?

Well we are on the same server right (your still on burning blade?), so since what you say is probably true, I might as well keep up with dps. I'm in 'Horde High Council', and in big bold letters, it says 'DO NOT RAID WITH PUGS, OR YOU WILL BE KICKED', on the guild message (But I guess that only is for people who actually are on the main raid teams). I spent about 20 minutes at the training dummies in TB with recount, trying out different rotations, and it seems like it is really hard for me to find a good one. I'll keep trying though.

Thank's guys, it makes a lot of sense now to me. I am gonna start looking for high agility gear then so I can increase my dps. I am only getting just over 1k dps right now, so I am just gonna look for a good rotation. My only fear though is if I do indeed just do DPS, is that no one will want to take me. Since getting 80 today, I have gotten probably 5 tells asking if I was a healer, and 1 asking if I was a tank.

Ok, so finally 80. I want to start working toward raiding, but I am afraid to ask my guild (I will only stay with them for awhile longer probably, alot of them are elitist and tried making fun of me when I asked something I really didn't know) what I exactly need. I know I need to a. do lve 80 normal instances to get gear b. do heroics to get gear c. work on getting enchants and specific stats. C. is what I'm not sure as to where I should be getting into. I'm a feral druid (gonna tank I hope), and i'm not sure what stats I should be trying to stack. Someone today told me not to stack defence, but I think they were trying to lie to me. Anyone want to help me out please?

BTW, for those going WTF?, what the man here is asking is if there are other compounds then the mentioned ones, that allow for the transport of oxygen in the blood system (I.e. Fe02 binds with oxygen as it passes through with your lungs, then carrying it through your blood system).

It's possible to die from feeling too much pain? As far as I know, yes. Too much pain can put a person into a state of shock, and I am pretty certain that every time a person goes into shock, they have a chance of dieing. BTW, for the guy who said neutrons, pretty much everything has neutrons in it.

2010 eh? Maybe i'll have a PS3 then, and maybe by then GTA 4 will be 20 bucks. :lol: Its coming out for the 360 too, I don't know why anyone thinks its will suck worse on the xbox then on the PS3...there might be some exclusive things for each version, but it will still be the same basic game... He might of thought I was referring to FF Versus XIII, which has pretty much been confirmed to be a ps3 exclusive. But nothing has been said when THAT will be released. So far, spring 09 will be in japan, then spring 2010 will be north america (not even a mention of europe), for FFXIII.

Agreed. Of the ones I've played, which include 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, X-2, I enjoyed 9 the best. Kuja was the best bad guy since Sephiroth. I highely suggest you play 6. Kefka owns all evil characters.

Personally, and as a Canadian, the only huge part of this I see is the potential change from the Bush team in office. I could care less whether is black, pink, polka dot, or w/e, the fact remains that he himself represents change (Whether for good or bad is disputable).

I'm guessing you didn't take Omen of Clarity then? It's low down in the resto tree but it's basically a must for improving your DPS. It's simply because I used to be both feral and resto before WotLK talents came out, but after i got all my talents back, i just tried going down the feral tree all the way, and never went back to change it. I was actually looking at that build you posted. My only problem with it is its a pure dps build. I can't do any tanking with it (which i will probably have to do in heroics, and later in raids). Do main tanks ever have to output a lot of dps? (like around that 3k dps mark?) I can't wait for duel spec.
