yes, but he has no proof the owners of the pic said otherwise, therefore we believe its under copyright, and untill he proves its not, he is breaching copyright and something should be done about it.

Just because you didn't get them, doesn't release the copyright laws. It's even worse that you know they are copyright, and that you are ripping, and that you don't care. if a photo is copywrited and on the internet it will have the copywrite symbol on it any image on the net is instantly at copyright idiot, and sticking text on it, why do people ask u to do that? a 5 yr old could do it? This man is a criminal for breach of copyright, and yet mods do nothing.
