1. em... there is NO brushing whatsoever in that tag.... Really looks brushed from what i've seen of graphic sigs 2. i know what the lasoo tool is, i havent just got PS. Ok thats what i thought you were useing- my bad 3. never use lens flare. and wonderful colours? use a coloured brush? Orly? you get that exact same effect by useing a lens flare tool As for wonderful colors, its not a brush or anything its an effect useing some of photoshops tools... which you don't have so nvm... unless u have CS3 (which i have i just havent installed) i do have the tools. and trust me, lens flare is NOT the way to go for lighting. its ugly. use a white soft brush to put in the general idea, then lighting effects or a B/W radial gradient (white from where the light is coming from) and set it to screen, lighten or darken. or soft light or overlay ;O and yah, its C4D among other things - i rarely brush any part of my tags.

i suggest when ur doing a tag, do the bg, then put the render on and do more stuff around it. it makes it a part of the tag instead of just sitting on top.

dont do the copy box thing it just looks stupid when its that big. text is horrible. render doesnt look a part of the tag. it looks like its sitting on top. a lot of it looks like u just threw it on there without reason. V2 is undercontrasted and horrible. the pattern / splatter brushing spam is very..... retro(old) in the GFX community. PS: what gfx site are you talking about?

if it was it would draw attention away from the intended focal point IMO. (focal point = render/text - the BG is there to make it more pleasing to teh eye)

i know its pretty poor, but god, ive not made a tag in a long while.

Not funny at all IMO. its that kind of very obvious, STUPID funny that died about 10 years ago. the graphics are top notch tho -.-

the 1st one was the only good tag imo. the rest have lots of mistakes. and some of your work NEEDS flaming instead of ZOMG THTS 10110101/10 i go to / have gone to some of the best GFX sites around, and most of your sigs just arent up to par with them - therefore, your sigs will get bad reviews, or decent ones. the 1st sig is a good one, text fits it well, border is nice. the circles on the right are ok. the lighting is nice... but im just wondering, did u just take a super good looking wallpaper for a game and add some filters onto it? because compared to your other works it makes me think that - no offence intended, its just how i think about it.

some half decent sigs in there, but ive got to say NO1 is the best. high quality, very nicely done - and the lightning is nice. why not use that as ur tag? filesize? take it down ;o

make the BG a diff colour and it should look much better. maybe a grey?

BG image. c4d. smudging. filters. just try and try again. consider it an LP of a sprite battle tag. and btw, its good, but its not great.
