why not just make it a render with a white bg? think outside the box. renders dont make a sig.

decent. no visible light source. the text fits it. border might be a bit chunky. nice to look at. GJ i disagree. the contrast gives it a very... rusty, gritty feel IMO. I agree, it deffinatly needs to be resized. It looks all smeary when it's small like that. But, from what I can see, it looks sweet. Good Job. sigs dont have to be big and chunky - this is a great size IMO. i also like the size i use in my sigs which is 385x95. sleek and professional looking IMO.

ty :P and i used to make my text nearly invisible, because it was just an anti-rip measure to be, but i started to realise how it can really make or break a sig :XD:

no - i just flipped the render so it would fit into the sig better, not to make it look like he was breaking through a mirror xD and the dark spot on his nose is a duplicate of him on soft light @ low opacity. it was just to make him fit in better but i think the dark spot on his nose adds to depth also. thx for the comments folks : ps. i think the bg/c4d actually looks more like a sprite sigs bg :uhh: edit: a guy on another forum suggested taking the render out. thats what happened when i took it out and added a few more things. is this better?

amateur means hes not being paid, not that hes not good.

your work seems to be going down in quality lately - it happened to me to and i know how frustrating it is. the text is nice, but the bg is random, and the colours dont go together =(

the jagged bits around him are just some light smudging. i tried to make it look like hes jumping thru the middle and popping out which i think i accomplished (in the 2nd one)

blending...? i havent used tht word since i used feather on brushed tags, but i think i know what ur getting at - its the bit thts annoying me too. he just looks weird like he just randomly popped in there yah? not like he belongs there. and there isnt a lens flare :thumbsup: edit: fixed it up a bit. any better? :-k

XD everywhere u go its 10/10 WOSZ mAN U r teh SIG SHe n GOd anyway - youve got a very unique style - u do pillow shading? dno if its the correct term for what u do - but u do it so it shows the shapes of the persons body well - its very unique for someone to do tht imo (havent seen it before). the 300 sig is good, (the text brings it down a notch tho.) perhaps try diff styles? or maybe complicate it up a bit? do what you would usually do and then try and give it more detail?
