Haha for those of you asking about the Rune Halberd/Dragon Halberd, I haven't done the quest for the Dragon one (I don't feel like getting that Agility >_>...), and I got this adamant halberd for 15k a long while ago, and it always hit very hard for some reason...Personally I find a Rune Halberd a waste of money, but whatever :| . And I DO bring a DDS; I Spec the Generals then halberd from a safespot o: (the poison speeds things up quite nicely...)

If this helps any, you don't actually need 59 Mage for Family Crest; you can use a Mind Bomb at level 57. But if you want 59, go for it!

Hey, everybody! To start off, I'm trying to reach 55 Slayer for Slayer Dart, and will eventually have larger goals in mind (but no "I'm going for 85 Slayer!" right away, that's just insane...). SKILL GOALS: And now...The main Blog of Blog-ness. 9/19/06 45 Prayer! \ Granite Shield (ended up getting 2, actually...) 63 Defense. - Finished Chaeldar's Slayer Task. Followed i_windy_i's advice and got 109 Blue Dragon's as Slayer Assignment from Vannaka. :shock: Getting closer...:ohnoes: 9/20/06 - New Slayer Assignment from Vannaka: 44 Werewolves. Woohoo, pretty easy. - With my trusty Hellcat by my side, I tore through the Werewolves with my Dragon Scimitar and got a nice Defense, Combat, and HP level. - 34 Ankou, courtesy of Vannaka, further helping me along with my goal. - 34 Ankou and one Left Skull Half later, I return to Vannaka to be welcomed with a new Slayer Assignment of 96 Ogres. Easy as...well, pie! (All Big Bones will go to Skill_Caster, so he can work on his Prayer level for Legends. :) ) - Takin' a break and working on the Herblore for Legends; GREAT thanks to Skill_Caster for helping to plan how to get the Herblore; went from 29 to 30, then used the Magic Tome of Exp from Darkness of Hallowvale and got 33; doing Eadgar's Ruse as we speak, which should get me 36-38 :uhh: I'll then do One Small Favour for the rest of the experience. 9/21/06 :wink: - After a small break to kill some Bronze Dragons to celebrate my level 38 Herblore, it's back to Slayer. - 96 Ogres later, I then recieve 65 Hellhounds as my next task. Oh joy. 9/23/06 - Got off my lazy wagon and finally Camelot Tele'd to 60 Mage. Owning Kolodion. (note the amount of people in the background...:ohnoes:) Yay, Saradomin Cape. - Going to Barrows with a mate, hoping to get something... 9/29/06 - Hey guys, sorry I haven't been on much...been bogged down with homework -_____- anyways, got my pures Range to 57 and Mage to 46 :D I do believe he's gonna own. :x Currently 31 Agility, gonna do Tourist Trap and get 35, then do Horror From the Deep. (missed level up, oops) - Later that day... 10/18/06 - Whoo, messed around on my Pure and left the Fire Giants with 60 Range, 50 HP, a Rune Scimmy, and 43 Combat! 10/22/06: Monkey Madness Done! There's a very odd story behind this...I died the first time I fought him because I panicked and ran straight at him XD but...I fought him again, and when I HAD killed him, he started to fall to the ground and then Fire Waved me. I went back, got another Sigil, put it on, and--what's this? I'm not teleporting? I checked my Quest Log, only to find that I had already killed it. I was kinda frustrated after that, because I was sick of Ape Atoll at that point, but quickly ran back to the Grand Tree and finished the quest, no worries. 10/25/06: 43 Herblore and 171 QP 10/28/06: The Path of a Legend - Hi. I've spent the last couple of days training for Legends and finally got everything together today. I'm currently at the part where you must create the Bravery Potion. I'll keep ya updated, peoples. 10/30/06: 3 Long Days... - After 3 long days, I finally completed Legends, alongside Skill Caster...I spent the 4 trainings on Prayer (x2) and Magic (x2), bringing me up to 47 Prayer from 45 and 63 Magic from 62 (Swan Song with a Mage Pot, yay!!!) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Any CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is welcome! (This will be updated daily.)

Wow. I felt the same way when I first started RS...(my happiest finding within the first week being Draynor Manor; "Hey guys! Look at this haunted house thingamabobber!", and "Guys, I'm rich! I just found a Bronze Medium Helmet on the ground!" :lol: ), and once I became a member, it just became more and more intriguing...After awhile, however, I knew most of the locations of things...and I lost sight of the reason I first became so interested with RuneScape. Gone were the days of wandering around, just to see where it would take me, and what I would find; gone were the days of walking around the Wilderness, and ultimately dying to some bloodthirsty PKer. I anxiously await the new updates, and as he had stated, find the amount of people whining over its difficulty or length pathetic. Oh well. Very nice :)

This is so sad...at least he died doing what he loved...And for all those people who say "he deserved it", realize he did what many people wouldn't have the courage to do...Sure, not everything he did could be looked up to (baby+crocodiles=bad o.O), but he still deserves better than what some of you in this thread have said.
