Call of Duty: World at War
Got 62 kills on Asylum. Funny that my max kill streak was only 22. #-o Only one artillery called because I kept getting dogs so quickly. Had 25 kills after first two minutes.

I agree. To get 50, you can have decent teammates as long as you beat them to the opponents. To get 60, however, your team must be terrible or camping. Your three teammates combined should be able to get at least 15 kills in 10 minutes.

Call of Duty: World at War
Nice. There's a couple of maps where I don't recall ever getting 40+ kills in (makin and castle). Out of the six maps that I have gotten 40+ in, I've gotten 50+ in four of them (excluding hangar and cliffside). Even though I hate courtyard, it's easy to get really high scores there once you get dogs.

Call of Duty: World at War
Had one of my best matches ever today on veteran mode Dome. Started off the game on a 26 kill streak, then died, then had a 25 kill streak, then died again, and finally getting the winning kill. Ending stats were 52-10-2. 8-)

I heard that the weapon stats were identical to COD4 weapons, so I don't see how there could be more imbalance.

Heh, nice one. I never see you on unless I'm just about to go to bed, I guess it's that 12 hour timezone difference? :)

No, I mean if you can't get an angle to shoot them without blowing up first. Here's a bad drawing to demonstrate: Black = Walls Red = Betty Blue = Where you could stand to make it blow up In that situation, if you can't stand by the wall to make it blow up, how else could you (without going around or with grenades)?

You can't set betty's off by standing against the other side of the wall anymore? Sounds realistic, but how can you get passed them now if it's the only way through and out of grenades? I used to always get them by standing near the wall (usually have bombsquad).

RuneScape + Classmates = Z0MG FAIL!11
The only people who know I play are the people who also play online games, most of them WOW. All they ever talk about is how the graphics are awful.

Call of Duty: World at War
Heh I did that too, and on the same map. What made it even sweeter was my whole team was taken out in the very beginning (went down the stairs :wall:), so it was essentially a 1v4. The allure wore out rather quickly though. It's basically an extreme camping match, especially on Makin.

Call of Duty: World at War
So apparently there's new game modes on the Wii now. I haven't had time to check today, but I've heard that there's "team survival" (hctdm with one life) and "hc ffa" (self explanatory). Seems like if you're on a good team, it would be easy to get a lot of wins in team survival. Just think of how short a dome match would be. I also heard that you can only have two people in a party now in the tdm matches. :?

Call of Duty: World at War
Heh, I've come to accept that it's just part of the game. Funny thing is that when my team kills the whole other team at the same time, I know pretty accurately where they will spawn. Pretty much a race to get there with my other team mates.

Can stay as long as you want. ;)

Call of Duty: World at War
Since I normally use rifles on hard core, rifle grenades can help on situations like that. I've also gotten three kills at the beginning of an Upheaval match by shooting it across the screen (actually happened a couple of times). I try not to use it too often, because once people see one person using rifle grenades, everyone starts using them.

Tank streaks = easy?

Call of Duty: World at War
None even had martyrdom? That usually will kill a couple of dogs.
-
Call of Duty: World at War
Yeah, that tends to happen a lot. That's why we always made sure to have at least three in the party. It would be less likely to join a match that's almost over.

Call of Duty: World at War
Gah, streak just ended at 32 wins. Two of my teammates left before the match, and they were replaced by random/bad people. Sniper on the other team + those guys randomly running around + chaining dogs = streak breaker .

Call of Duty: World at War
You're kidding right? In the 360 version getting under the map = win. Can't you only knife? Maybe I don't know enough about it.
-
Call of Duty: World at War
Bah, let them do it if they want. They'll only get 1-2 kills a match, and the rest of the time it's a 3v4 ;).

Call of Duty: World at War
Little update: Got my k/d ratio back up to 2.37 for the time being. Had a 33-0 on tdm and a 27-0 on hc. Also currently on a 27 match winning streak. Four of us from the same clan have been dominating. Actually won a match 750-32 (they had 2 kills and 4 dog kills I think).

Mc, be nice. ;) I got 40 once, but it only recorded as 38 because I disconnected at the end. Wow Goat, I don't know if I've ever gotten 54 before, pretty sure I've gotten 50 though. I haven't even gotten over 40 in awhile. :?

Call of Duty: World at War
You caught up to my level quickly :ohnoes:. Ray, it takes awhile to get good at a game, especially if it's your first fps. As I've said before, I wasn't even over 1:1 until I had prestiged already.
