Depends on where you cook; you burn less on ranges.

I wouldn't say so; makes sense to me that when Attack and Strength are trained individually prior to Defence, the latter would be consequently easier to train.

On the Lvl 45 Skeletons I got an average of 58K per hour for both Whip and Dharoks (used slash for both), so they are around the same. But since whip can't use aggressive, Dharoks is obviously better for strength training.

When you're teleblocked you can't use ectophial. It just happened that you clicked the ectophial the exact moment your opponent teleblocked you.

How much XP do the bones give?

Most RC-Pkers start with entangle and then TB...so once you are entangled you can ectophial out. Protect Items won't work because most Abyss-RC'ers bring armour along.

You are forgetting that Rune Essence costs money And anyway the typical Abyss Runecrafter brings an Ectophial for 1-click teleports I do around 40 trips an hour with Super-energy Potions

Phats haven't risen for a long time...and when they rise they don't rise more than you can earn in the same period of time.

Wouldn't it be possible to bring your full ahrims and runes and just keep casting Blood Barrage? You could bring a full inventory of Prayer Pots that way

There is something wrong with my computer which makes the Runescape forums, hiscores, and update list not work properly. When I try to load it, I get the following: Only after refreshing for a lot of times does the page eventually load, but even so after a while the problem occurs again (need to refresh again). Also, only after many attempts to set my recovery questions does the request finally gets processed. I've had this problem for a few months now. Does anybody have any idea how to fix it?
