  1. Try deleting SwiftKit-RS[Caution: Executable File]
  2. Stidor replied to a04tbaba's topic in SwiftKit
Can't say I've seen that one before. I'd say firewall though seeing as the patch notes haven't loaded. Good idea about the show button. Will see to it.
  3. Post the debug.txt contents found in your Program Files\SwiftKit folder
  4. But the fix seems to be working, it re-tries and continues on. SK loaded up fine judging by the output.
  5. Looks like it's working?
  6. Can you print your Debug.txt here
  7. Have you tried recently? We pushed an update which might have fixed it.
  8. Stidor replied to Carsong's topic in SwiftKit
Logged on with Carsong. Had some weird permissions problems. SwiftKit was failing to update/replace the SwiftKit[Caution: Executable File] file. So it downloaded the update, unpacked it, deleted the old one and then tried to copy across the new one. Failing, leaving no SwiftKit[Caution: Executable File] file in the program files SwiftKit folder. Manually copied the unpacked swiftkit[Caution: Executable File] from the tempdata folder.

He emailed me anyway and I added him on skype but it may be easier to get a hold SImmo as I still don't have Internet.
  10. Going to release an update tonight when EoC is released. Let us know if that fixes it.

If you're still left a bit confused or unsure after reading over the SwiftKit website please let us know. Maybe we need to make it a bit more clearer.
  12. Sorry for the late reply. Simmo accidently made a typo in the command. Try this. "Regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\Msinet.ocx"
  13. Maybe you have a saved quest list on his profile? Try creating another list for a different username and then loading it on his profile and it shouldn't load. Everything is stored in individual profile data folder so it shouldn't be possible.

View > Settings to change the default name
  15. Where are you installing it to? Perhaps change the location it installs to.
  16. Make sure you're installing it as an admin.
  17. It really is isn't it. Will see if we can make it a priority.
  18. Could you also let us know the exact software name and version that detected the false positive?
  19. Try deleting SwiftKit-RS[Caution: Executable File]
  20. Logged on with Suicidalraider using TeamViewer. Permissions on the C:\ProgramData\SwiftKit folder seemed to be all messed up. Renamed it to SwiftKit_OLD. Reinstalled SwiftKit. Copied across profile from the _OLD folder to the new SwiftKit\Profiles folder. Working fine now.
  21. That's odd..on the page that says "can't be displayed" right click > properties and tell us the Address. You should be able to copy paste it.
  22. C:\Program Files (x86)\SwiftKit2 So during the install, just put an extra 2 on the end of the path it wants to install SwiftKit to. Otherwise: http://kb.swiftkit.net/question-remote-desktop-support.html
  23. Try uninstalling SwiftKit and then installing to a different location. So during the install, change the path to install to the folder SwiftKitt (two t's at the end)
  24. Logged on with alienrap93 using TeamViewer. We uninstalled SwiftKit, deleted the SwiftKit folder in program files (made sure no screenshots were there) and then re-installed again but this time to the folder called SwiftKitt. (So C:\Program Files\SwiftKitt) Seemed to work fine after that.

You sure that's the entire contents of your debug.txt file? Try deleting the file SwiftKit-RS[Caution: Executable File] if it exists.
