Tried re-installing Chrome? Maybe make sure your video card drivers are up to date too or re-install those

I noticed this too but I think I've fixed it in the staff server updates. Can you enable the staff server in the Launcher and see if it fixed it? Password is ruckus13

Maybe try deleting your SwiftKit Chrome Cache - or renaming it.

What username are you trying to search? Do the other tools work fine?

Do you have skype? What version of Chrome is it?

The RS website has been having some pretty serious slowness issues lately. You should stop getting that error if you turn off notifications in the Adventures Log Center.
