  1. Did you read the Chrome Frame requirements popup? It tells you that if it can't find chrome[Caution: Executable File] automatically then you need to manually set the path in View > Settings. Do that...
  2. Put in the password correctly.
  3. Password is ruckus13
  4. Can you guys try the Staff server? Password is ruckus13
  5. Run off the staff server. Should fix the problem.
  6. Yeah it's a huge secret that's why I told you exactly what to do in my post above. Figure it out, it's not rocket science. I will help you if you make an effort.
  7. You don't type it in, you hit the "..." button and find your chrome[Caution: Executable File] For example, on my computer mine is... C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome[Caution: Executable File]
  8. Go to View > Settings then and set the path to your chrome[Caution: Executable File]
  9. So have you actually enabled the Chrome frame in SwiftKit?
  10. Can you play if you try in Chrome itself?
  11. SwiftKit uses Chrome at the moment. You can hide the internal utilities, both right hand side and bottom already.
  12. Well that wasn't expected... :/ I might need to remote on again if we can find the time? In the meantime could you paste me the output of debug.txt after it fails to grab chrome?
  13. Switch to the staff server and tell me if that update fixed it. Password is ruckus13
  14. I've never tried it with a lot of text...I'll do some testing and see if I can replicate it.
  15. Well if you set another.....does it crash?
  16. I've just pushed another update to the Staff Server. Could you let me know if the Chrome Frame loads faster?
  17. Does it happen with only one particular set of notes? (you can right click open to switch) What Windows do you have? Is it in English?
  18. Really strange that it finds it...but then starts looking agian in 8 seconds :/ Any chance I could teamviewer on and see what it's doing?
  19. OK will have a look when I get home. Do you have any other chrome windows open at the same time? Seems odd its finding it but then keeps searching.
  20. Try disabling the CDN. If that fails, click the options menu on the Launcher again and select 'Install Directory' - delete SwiftKit-RS[Caution: Executable File]
  21. Could you enable the Staff Server (password is ruckus13) and then show me the debug output again. I just pushed an update that might fix it or give more details.
  22. Open SwiftKit and click 'Options' then install directory. Minimize the window that comes up, go into SwiftKit and try loading RS with Chrome. When you get the error about not being able to grab Chrome, go back to the explorer window and open Debug.txt. Post us the contents of your Debug.txt
  23. Ah..yep. Should be fixed now if you close and re-open SK.
  24. The latest SwiftKit update removes the Java 1.6 requirement! You should now be able to use the Chrome Frame with the latest version of Java installed.
  25. Possible coincidence. However with the latest update you can Disable the CDN (click options menu on Launcher). That should fix your issues.
