I speak english as first language...and French very fluently I refuse to speak Spanish...however it will be the most common language in the U.S. here pretty soon....so yeah i think its important to have Spanish required French is spoken in the most countries I believe a country should have a set language and that immigrants and newcomers should learn the language... -Howie

i dont do regular push-ups i just do the ones that will really build your muscle...arms closest to your body. I can only do at best 30 of these...but they are not typical push-ups i geuss
