Well, the rules are slightly negotiable but the one about all combat styles allowed isn't :lol: My attack and strenght are only 58 each so I know I'll get owned for sure. A 4 level combat difference is also quite much actually.

I'm quite an experienced merchanter and I usually merchant ores and bars. Silver, gold ore and mith bars merchant very easy. What you could do with mith bars too is trade them for the materials and 40+ gp each and sell the individual ores. That way you can sell those bars for 1250gp+ each easily. You could also try merchanting god armour. That earns well too.

The dragon reborn, I mean that you can craft 4,5k ess an hour, not airs :wink: depends on the level no? :) Yes, but I've got both 76 mining and woodcutting and I don't think that the speed will increase much after that :wink:

Nice guide :wink: I'm a merchanter myself too (have net value of 34mil in f2p) and made an f2p money making guide too. I've got 1 remark to the guide though. You say that you can calculate the profit by dividing the selling price through the buying price. That's not entirly correct. example: buy coal 180 each, sell 200 each. You say 200/180=1,11-> 111% profit. Actually it's (200-180)/180=0.11 -> 11%profit Great guide for the rest :thumbsup:

Yes, you can sell yews 300gp each and mine sell coal 190gp each. You can only mine 300 coal an hour though so it earns a bit under 60k an hour. For yews it's even worse, you can only get like 150 an hour of those so it doesn't even earn 50k an hour.

Ok, you people ask me to put in coal and woodcutting as money making ways but I've only put the best types of f2p money making in here. Coal isn't one of those and woodcutting is simply poor money, believe it or not.

Very nice guide :thumbsup: I might use it myself if I ever get 85 mining (currently 76). There's one thing I was wondering about though? How many rune ores can you generally mine in an hour? This includes walking to the bank, escaping pkers etc.

The f2p money making guide IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m a pretty rich free player and now IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m making another f2p money making guide. I made one before but this one will explain better how to do what I say. I will discuss the best ways in order starting at number 1. If you have any comments, just post them here. 1. Merchanting As some of you know, merchanting is the best way to make money, even if youÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re member. The problem for most people is that they donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t know how to merchant. First of all, you need a large amount of money to start merchanting though (preferably 1 mil+). When you merchant you always have to be friendly and polite. There are also several ways to merchant and IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ll discuss the main types here. 1. Merchanting in merchanting world (1, 3, 4, 5): For this you simply need to buy low and sell high in world 1. To do this I would recommend merchanting stuff such as trimmed armour and if you can afford it, rares. If you have enough money to merchant for a while you could also sell the items on the forums of Runescape (members only) and http://www.tip.it. These are by far the largest Runescape related forums and they offer the highest prices. If youÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re good at this merchanting type, you can make several millions an hour. 2. Merchanting companies: This is a way of merchanting I prefer a lot over the other. It probably earns less but is has the advantage that it doesnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t cost you any training time if you do it correctly. There are several ways to start a company. One is to hire workers in the Runescape world. Another is to find workers on a cheaper forum than tip.it and Runescape and offer them jobs. Another is to both buy and sell on the same forum. For this itÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s recommended to merchant items which can be gotten reasonably fast by people and have a high price marge. Example: buy gold ore 300gp each, sell 500-550gp each / buy silver ores/bars 200gp each, sell 350-400gp each / buy mithrill bars 1k each, sell 1,2k each / buy wines of Zamorak up to 900gp each, sell 1,1k each 2. Extreme level world 16 runecrafting World 16 is a special world dedicated almost completely to crafting air runes. If youÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re runecrafting is very high you can get very fast money from this and also very fast exp. How to do this? Bring loads of noted rune essence and a lot of money with you. Also wear an air tiara. Once you have that, you go to the air altar and in this world youÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ll see that about a million people are walking around there. Then you start saying: ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹ÃâOpen 2k (+ess)(-RSN)ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ A lot of people will want to trade you and they offer you 25 unnoted essence. In return you must pay them with 25 noted essence and 2k cash. Once youÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ve accepted, you runecraft the essence and then you repeat this. This way you can craft about 4000-5000 essence an hour. Now, how much does it earn at what level? Well, if you buy rune essence 35gp each, sell air runes 18gp each and craft 4,5k essence an hour, you make next to 50k an hour at level 66 runecraft. This isnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t much but for every 11 levels youÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re higher this rises with 81k an hour. So at level 77 you earn 131k an hour, at level 88 you earn 212k an hour and at level 99 you can even earn 293k an hour. 3. Runite mining I personally donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t have a lot experience with this because I donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t have 85 mining. Rune ores sell for 11k-12k each which is a lot and therefore it can earn very much money. There are a few disadvantages though. First you need 85 mining to start, second there are very few rune rocks and third, the free player rune rocks are located in the high level wilderness which makes it very dangerous to mine them. 4. Collecting wines of Zamorak This is a very easy way to make money. You only need 33 magic to do this (preferably 37) and it earns about 120k an hour. The altar with the wines of Zamorak is located at the far northwest point of the free player non wilderness. You go there with nothing else than an air staff, law runes and if you have 37 magic water runes. ItÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s best to do this in a very crowded world such as the worlds 1 through 7. In those worlds the wines respawn faster. Then you start telegrabbing the wine. Once it respawns you telegrab it again and so forth until you have a full load of wines of Zamorak. Then you teleport to Falador and store the wines in the west bank. Then you run to the altar again and repeat this. If you wear very little weight and use teleport you should be able to run constantly without having to walk. If you have a few hundred wines you should post a topic on tip.it or the RS forums and you should be able to sell them about 1,1k each. 5. High level regular air runecrafting Runecrafting is again on the list and thatÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s because this is a different type of runecrafting. This is just the standard way of walking back and forth to the air altar wearing an air tiara and make air runes. If you carry a total of 1 kilogram in weight and have 1 agility you should be able to make about 33 trips to the altar in an hour. Therefore if you buy essence 35gp each and sell air runes 18gp each, you should be able to make a bit under 51k an hour at level 44 and that would rise with about 16,6k an hour every 11 levels. So at level 77 you could make a bit over 100k an hour. 6. Mining in the crafting guild Mining silver and gold ore in the crafting guild is also a good way to make money. ItÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s best to mine in a merchanting world such as mostly 1 and 3. There rocks respawn faster. In general the competition for gold ore is quite large so IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢d mine silver and mine gold ore in the times that all silver rocks are empty. If you sell the silver about 350gp each and the gold ore about 500gp each, you should be able to make like 90k an hour. For this IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢d recommend a minimum of 40 crafting and be able to wield a rune pickaxe. These are probably the best ways to make money as a free player. Woodcutting might be a popular way to make money but woodcutting is highly overrated. ItÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s actually quite poor. Other good ways are mining coal (55k-60k an hour) and mining iron ore (45k-55k an hour) This guide was written and copyrighted by Ruler david :P
