  1. goin the mith plate route requries a higher smithing to begin with, but is also a bit slower. you do get more per high alch, though which is the only benefit
  2. get 20-30 ranarrs (just train on druids or something). it'll take a while, but then you can just make 20-30 pray pots, sell em. buy back the ranarrs for the same price as the pots and just keep flipping em. that way you need 0gp upfront, with exception to the cost of vials which is negligable
  3. I realize most people go hunting for the bigger dragon items, but i'm just curious about the dragon meds; considering such a vast range of high lvl monsters can drop them, which have you had the most success with?
  4. you started out with 10hp, regardless. just listen to the people that started playing waaaaaay back [edit]: and what is this doin in the p2p forum?
  5. if you just never changed your recovery settings thats a good way...mine goes back to feb 2003
  6. have your friend log in. go to the quests tab. click on "Rag and bone man" it'll say what all you have to get. i haven't really started the quest, but i'd imagine it crosses them off after you give them to him
  7. my scythe and bunny ears. the last rsc holiday drops, and they show just how long i've been playing this game (but not why...)
  8. i remember training in that spot back in the day. you wont last long with even 40def and full rune. the cake slice spawn is nice but it doesn't heal you much. i'd reccommend 60+ def and some good melee stuff (obsidian and dragon). edit: that's if you want to train and not have to waste time or money on food, which is ideal for power training
  9. i think it'd be interesting to see him back, just for sake of crushing the price of dragon legs. I for one will stick with the skirt, I don't care THAT much about the look and it saves me 1.5mil for the SAME THING! thanks for the answer, i played very briefly when rs2 was first released and never noticed he was taken out :-k
  10. okay, i've been playing runescape since back in the days of rs 1, and i stopped playing once rs 2 was released, but I recently started back up again. to my surprise, the guy in east varrock (next to the rune shop) that used to fashion your legs and plates to skirts and female plates was no longer around! what ever happened to him? why did jagex remove this feature?
  11. i can't be bothered to read thru 12+ more pages of most likely nothing but flames, so here's my 2cents: got all that extra money that won't fit in the bank? make a mule. or throw it on one of your other characters. besides we all know 75% of the accounts in runescape are actually just multiple accounts from 15-20% of the ACTUAL runescape population. not that its a bad thing. its nice to make different chars for different gameplay (anyone remember 2D RS when ppl made lvl 3s to max out skills?)
  12. depends what your range lvl is. ice mountains above bk fortress is best for power training lvl 40+ anything lower than 40 = COWS
