I am having so much trouble with the recent quest, Conact! I go down into the tunnels, expecting this to be as easy as any old quest in runescape. But what do I find? These monsters hitting 20s on me, constant 20s! I'm wearing full rune and mage prayer and I'm thinking this must be some bug. I clicked my ecto and I was safely teleported back though. But I'm a level 88, 67 defense. And I was getting owned down there. I completed Recipe at combat 74, and that was a sinch. Desert treasure at combat 67, and dragon slayer(lol) at combat 50. Well I finally got past the tunnels with 2 out of about 20 monkfish left and talked to the girl. I went to talk to osman and travelled back down the tunnels. The same thing happened, I despartely survived with 4 out of about 20 monkfish left. Then I fight this boss right? Not a big deal. Except for the fact that he and his little friends hit 20s! I had full rune and prayer, I have a measly amount of monkfish to fight him, how am I suppose to beat this quest? I really want to beat this quest because having a very close bank to pyramid plunder would be super fast thieving exp. Do I need better food? Perhaps a buddy to use butterflies that raise my hitpoints, def, att, and str? Am I missing something? Am I just stupid?

mithril as far as im aware isnt a idea made from LOTR mithril has been named from alot of places one is FF2 which has mithril Actually, nobody made it up. Mithril is a real life mineral. So is adamite.

Yews have raised to 300-310ea, good luck buying for 290 :-w

Are wyverns even worth killing? I mean you've got like a dozen p pots there and those pots sure are expensive. :-k

Someone reported your topic... :| You seem to have a very negative view towards BA. After reading your research, I am having seconds thoughts about even starting this minigame. Such facts as it taking more than 30 minutes to complete one game, finding a good team takes forever, you need to be at least 100 combat, and you don't get any combat experience at all shocked me.

I'm not going to include quests just because there are so many. no, you include it! its the only quest i have truly looked forward to Fine, fine. I'll include quests too.

I almost got scammed with this new update. There was some guy supposively selling these gloves for 1M in world 2. I traded him and he put up regular yellow gloves. Now even though I did not fall for this, I'm sure a couple of people will/have.

I thought this was the case when I joined members too, you had to be a certain combat level to stop being called a 'noob'. But I was mistaken, as I am a level 88 right now and I have been called a noob past the level of seventy. A person will call another a 'noob' mostly because they are a lower combat than them, not because suddenly when a lvl 69 hits 70 they are suddenly not a noob. A level 126 could call a level 120 a noob, a level 10 to a level 4.

Floods I prefer the term 'explosive bubbles'.

Did you just totally ignore my post? I think it has some very helpful information.

Why should they be removed? Do they prove any harm or annoyance to high levelers? No. Do they help low levels? Yes. Why would they not be good? :?

I was dubious of this, too...until yesterday. I guy pulled this on me and a couple of other crafters and we ran around there for about 4-5 seconds looking for the mage. He didn't attack anyone, but that 4-5 second delay with the added confusion could have been the start of something deadly. I thought you might want to know. This is a very useful guide. Even though I quit the day I started, I vaguely remember my first visit into RSC. I started a new account(don't remember what he looked like). I got so mad because for some reason I kept getting a message like 'someone is already talking to the guide' whenever I tried to talk to a guide. The 'tutorial island' was very confusing. Finally, though, I got through it and ended up in a place full of small pens with chickens in it, also giant rats. I was so confused because I could not enter the pens, apparently I had to complete some task or quest. I remember the Al Kharid toll gate, and how desparate I was for 10gp. I then somehow made it to a place with a large fountain and many players gathering around it. I then spotted a person dressed in full blue mage and followed her(I loved that follow option ). I kept begging for 10gp and thought it was funny, but she eventually lost me in some store(going up and down the stairs trick). I quit after that, I got really bored. Oh... if only I had stayed... if only. I'd be playing with the big boys now, with 100 phat sets. Ohhh why did I quit... I started an account on rs2 quite some years later, January 17th, 2005. I have been hacked twice and lost 2M, but I have managed to find great firewalls and I still play on Mario_sunny to this day. :D

It isn't new, its been there for a while. Jagex simply does not want free players blocking the ads because whenever someone clicks on an ad jagex gets paid money by the company that runs that ad. Members rock :XD:

Ha! I laugh at you! You mention that killing thugs actually gets you great money? If you consider 10k per hour great money :lol: . And hate to break it to you buddy, but the people in edgeville buy nats by the thousands, they won't buy your measly amount of nats you get from thugs. Have you even heard of the word 'organisation'? That's what your guide needs, everything is bunched up together and hard to read. Also, one guide has proved that moss giants are the best way to train combat in f2p, yet you don't mention them at all? How about pest control? You didn't mention that at all. :notalk:
