o that explaines why im so healthy :XD: go out and run maybe 1\2 mile, then stop do like 10 mins of dynamtic streches, then so leg warm ups, i.e. high knees etc, then maybe a swig of water then run (walk if you must, but run as much as you can) maybe 3-4miles, after a month start building 4-5+ miles my cross country workout, orginally was my coachs work out and he been doing it like 10 years, and he can still run a 100k easily, and he placed second in a 10k after tripping and hitting his face head first into granite

after doing cross-country, and long distance track, there is shorta a distance crew, and there is huge horse ranch we found about an 8 mile run through 4 different rivers, heavy forest area, cross a few bridges, and such, the run there is so nice becasue you see all different kinds of wild flowers, and plants, you run next to this really big river, i mean like 200-300 feet across, but the best thing is there is this one part, you see this horse ranch, and although its a hell of a way out there, its so fun to just see the horses run around, we dunno who owns it, the farm house is miles, and miles away, this just part of it, if i ever find out who does be nice to meet him

dont think to hard, your co-workers probaly wont be evil or mean to you, accident happens nothing to worry about, just say your sorry, if you have any questions ask your boss, costumers can be annonying, just curse them out to your co-works after they patron leaves

i dont even thats possible, seriously. i can last i checked you dilocate bones, not major internal organs!? i mean that doesn't even make sense, the intestines are pretty damn big, and they are made to move some what, to dislocate them would mean that her ribs might have broken, or something a hell of alot more serious. according to the article her intestines were sucked out, the only way this could be done that i know of, is that got sucked out her mouth, or rear end, or she had a large enough GASH accros her lower chest, which is a hell alot more serious, she be wadding in a pool of her own blood, not worrying about her intestines
