personally i doubt anyone on tip.it has even seen me, if they have, they probaly didn't notice me, so far a grand total of 0 hyt's, but that is mainly kuz i like to stick to my own worlds, so in conclusion stilev -> not famous o yeah seen wakka when i train agili, but never hyt each other since with both probaly browseing forums

although i perfer quaility of the updates, jagex might lose alot of sales if it aint broken dont fix, jagex system is working fine, why change it?
